It's actually a Minecraft snapshot. If you have the Minecraft launcher and Java Edition, you can switch your version to "Latest snapshot". In the latest snapshot, there is an option in the create world menu that gives you the power to make minecarts way faster than normal. People think Minecraft is making minecarts faster in the future.
Im my 125 day Minecraft world I have full maxed netherite amour and it was easy to get the mace , i traded with the villagers to be able to get the trial chambers maps , and in the third map I got it , took like 1-2 hours .
