My name is Maha and I am a home gardener. Gardening is not just my hobby, it has become my passion and enthusiasm. To me, its more like a lifestyle. I admire gardens and gardeners. I garden in zone 8b UK and I post my gardening vlogs regularly. My channel is all about my gardening journey. I own a middle sized garden and I love growing vegetables, fruit and flowering plants. I do container gardening as well. You can find my gardening vlogs about growing vegetables and fruit, flowering plants whether annual or perennial, landscaping ideas, gardening tips, gardening hacks and my garden tours at different times of year. If you are a beginner garden, then my videos can help you a lot to get through the gardening process. If you are an experienced gardener, then we can share our tips and techniques together. I love to interact with my peers and I would be really glad to hear from you should you have a question, a feedback or a simple appreciation.
Cheers from Pennsylvania USA. Thanks for informative videos on collecting seeds and planting Sweet Alyssum seeds. I’m looking forward to next years garden planning already😁
I was getting scared because my seeds took a lot to grow and was starting to think they were weed sprouts rather than flower sprouts, but I compared them to your sprouts and they look identical!
What do you do to protect these lupins from slugs and snails? I sowed seeds and the slugs ate some of the seedlings within 2 days. If I manage to save some of the seedlings until it's a mature plant, how do I save it from slugs ? I want to plant them on the ground by Sept-October. I started the seeds in July first week.
Lavendar is the hardest herb for me to grow (in Michigan). I am told not to mulch it, it likes sandy and rocky soil. Keep on keeping on trying to grow lavendar!
Very good videos. I’m growing cornflowers from seed for the first time and learned a lot from Your videos. I am at the stage of planting batches out in a container and on your advise will plant them densely 👏
Good Video was wondering if they grew well together. 😊 I know Alyssum goes well. All my baskets and trays are thriving here in Ireland 🇮🇪 Love the Candy Stripe Petunias and Livingstone Daisy's. Thanks Joe.
Mashallah the stone/gravel instead of the grass is actually looking really beautiful. We really can’t have grass in small gardens in uk cause of the weather. But mashallah your garden is looking stunning. I still need to work on mine but because of studies it’s going a bit slow
This was my old garden. I have moved into a new house with new garden which is smaller but more established. Hope you would like to check out the recent tour of my garden.
Salam Can you make a care video on how you care for your orchid, (lighting, feeding, water etc) cause I when never had success with them, they just die after few days
Walikumsalam. I don't really know much myself. I just kept this one in a bright windowsill which received indirect sunlight in my old house. It did well there. I hardly water it, only when the leaves are really droppy. I have never fed mine but I am thinking to get Orchid feed now as its been a year it hasn't bloomed. In this house, I am still trying to find a good spot for it. May be in my update video, I can discuss more about this.
8:53 I have removed all of my raised beds now except one where I grow my mint. It’s because of not enough sunshine plus it’s uk you get mostly wet weather so I really can’t grow stuff and if they grow they hardly produce anything. I have started mostly growing flowers and fruits/berries. And I am starting Mediterranean garden in my conservatory, with citrus, olives and avocado
I think blue chips will look more beautiful than the grass as in uk it’s very difficult to manage grass, I have removed all of my grass now just to plant some perennials there. I think a beautiful small fountain will look beautiful in the middle if you put blue chips
