Strong as lion mohamed,i try to run 5km a day in 25 mnts N it is realy not easy ,i cant believe there is humans that run marathons 2:02:57 or 10,000 mtrs 26:17.53 unbelievable ,then i realy respect those runners and the hard work they do daily.
