In my opinion, Grant is the best character in the MCU. The writers for this series did alot of risky moves for Ward: Making him the bland lone wolf. The way they redeem it is by making them grow instantly. Sudden plot twist with near-no foreshadowing of it, instantly fixed by explaining the whole thing at once. The actions Ward does clearly has consequences. *Everyone* that was part of the original group hated him to bits and wanted him *dead².* And when Ward regains a spouse, even when not aiming to get rid of attachments, he does it anyway and loses them. Its a surprisingly tragic character who's motive is clear. Not commendable but understandable. Despite all of the misery Ward has caused he still gets his redemption that he does actually deserve. The sad part is that _he_ doesn't even get their redemption, the AI version of him does. He's tragic not just because of the same lesson of not being attached being taught to him throughout all of his life. The life he deserves he doesn't get, but this copy of him that gets deleted too. For Grant, it's only loss. This is MARVEL. The origin of that terrible green abnormality named "SheHulk".
In the series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." everyone is cool, they played well, but the cool girls Melinda Qiaolian Mei, Daisy Johnson, Gemma Simmons, I liked the cool ones. And I remember them more often than the other girls from the TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."
6:55 I’m sorry but I can’t help but laugh at this scene 😂😅 Skye/Daisy is literally the daughter of Coulson and May, not just nationality wise but also personality wise
Gotta say even though he started off as this stoic hero who really did feel like a true hero.He has so much complexity coming from a damaged past, I honestly do feel that he doesn't do what he does by choice but simply because he has to in another sense he was made this way
"He keeps calling me Bobo." "It's what you wanted to be called." I never realised that Jemma lied to Fitz here lol. In the future, yes Deke as a toddler knew Fitz as Bobo, which is part of why he didn't recognise 'Nana and Bobo' as Fitzsimmons until later. But given Deke was born in a time loop, regardless of how it originally started, future Fitz would have introduced himself as Bobo because he knew that the future version of Deke had known him as Bobo. The name Bobo just came from Fitz's knowledge of the time loop, not from preference. But this version of Fitz didn't reach the future, so he doesn't know any of that. The name Bobo will never come to be given Fitzsimmons' daughter was born in the lighthouse (and that daughter was never born in the final timeline). So to preserve it, Simmons lies and just says that the version of Fitz that died wanted to be called Bobo, so how can Fitz literally disagree with himself? She gaslights Fitz to preserve a remnant of Deke's childhood.
Most conversations with our grandparents: "Oh my god how are you?" Deke's conversations with his grandparents: "Have you had sex? Please have sex. I don't want to be erased from the timeline. Find some time to have sex."
I still don't get why she says when she took herself away he was the one to pull her back in. We don't see him do anything like that (unless she means by not being able to open the chamber Mack was in)
I took my crap about shipping them too far. Like after all of these spam comments, I realized what I have done. My message is to people in the AOS fanbase.
It's like a mother, father, daughter relationship. Daisy never knew her parents until the second season. When she finally feels like she can have a family, they both go rogue. It's only through wiping her father's memory, that he is sill alive. After that, he's never seen again. This puts Coulsen and May as her parental figures again. Then we have Mac as the big brother aspect with Jemma and Fitz as possible cousins or siblings. It's a whole rollercoaster of emotions.
This was such a wild ride in the show and seeing it all laid out plain and simple is just heartbreaking in the best way. I’ve watched this since it came out and I was heartbroken when it ended and I love their family relationship so much it heals my soul. Teared up at multiple points. I love this show so much 😭😭
