It gets hot if you use it for more than 10 minutes! I have the feeling that when it gets hot the signal gets weaker. And this helps prevent the display from fogging up. Without it the display was almost always fogged up and I could only see the lower part of the display. It was like flying in a fog 😀.

wouldn’t that make air resistance because airflow causing more push from the motors making its lifespan for the battery’s shorter. I know there’s a formula for it. But it’s gotta be a fine line. If it’s working for you that’s amazing. I just wondered how the air drag dynamic affects it
A first flight video is on the channel. It flies better than expected. And it's not broken yet 😁 in terms of feel, it has no effect on flight behavior, but you can tell that it's lighter! I think you have to look at the part as a whole, of course there is air flowing around it but it's not a wing that flies at a certain angle. It constantly changes the angle and direction in which it flies. That's why you won't have that with a drone! Unless it has a large sail surface 😁 and there is something like the golf ball principle. It also flies faster and better in a straight line 🤓 due to the uneven surface. Today it is still being tested with 300mAh batteries, which is quite a few grams. And with Tiny Whoop you notice every milligram
Looks like it took a long time to drill all those tiny holes man, especially on the canopy, that takes a lot of patience, good job!! How come there are no holes drilled in the outer 3/4 of the ducts? Is it to preserve the strength in case it hits something while moving? I don't think it's an airflow concern otherwise there would be no holes drilled on the inner 1/4 of the ducts either. What's the total weight of the blue frame, not counting the canopy, after drilling all the holes? Might want to show weight in your video before and after drilling the holes. Keep up the weight reduction, lol.
Yes, it actually took me 5 hours to finish. And I recognized everything correctly. I didn't drill into the outside for stability reasons. Yes, unfortunately I didn't weigh individual parts before and after. I just weighed everything the same. But I have all the parts again in their original form 😉 I'll make a video later. The Foxeer Echo Max 2 was the best but it is very big, almost like a pair of glasses. What works well is the menace telescope. I also use it sometimes with my walksnail goggles x. I can only recommend it, it's not expensive either, around 12 euros.

Ja war schon sehr aufgeregt beim fliegen hatte man auch gesehen. Und ich durfte 😊 war abgesprochen. Gibt diesen Winter mehr Videos von dort. Dann darf ich auch bis nach oben fliegen. Müssen die Rauch Melder ausgemacht werden. Aber das bild von drinnen war schrecklich da gab's zu viel Stör Signale da sind auch kilometer Kabel im Raum WLAN und so weiter das muss alles erstmal aus sein. Ansonsten gibt's es dort genug Platz für so was 😁
Hi, I’m planning to buy this drone, but I’m worried about the overheating issue.I’m new to FPV and wondering if this problem has been resolved, so I don’t have to worry about it. The drone comes with a new Lava 2S battery since February, but I’m not sure if the overheating was related to the previous battery model.
I don't have any temperature problems with Meteor HD. My video transmitter is installed a little higher than the original. There are temperature problems with Cetus X, but even with that you can do something about it. It doesn't matter which manufacturer, analog or digital, they all get very hot when in use. But it's not a problem for the hardware. Don't worry about it, the drone will break in other ways anyway 😁
@@tblloh да норм. незнаю все пишут что проблемы с температурой. 700 полётов без проблем примерно 46°с всегда показывает . В целом метеор на цифре бюджетный вариант для новичков. Меня все устраивает
