Hi there Dean, If you were looking to run a mill for that amount of work, then the HD38 or HD36v2 would be more suited to that level of operating hours as they are both more of a heavy duty machine. Please let us know if we can answer anymore questions.
Hi Robert, you could you please send an email to sales@globalmachinerysolutions.co.uk and we can provide you further details if the machine is of interest? Thanks
Fantastic showcase of the HD38. A truly great saw and after using this saw at the APF show, anyone would love it also. Easy to use and setup and produces some fantastic products. One day one of those will be in my possession MARK MY WORDS. Loving the videos once again, keep it going Andy and say hi to all the team 😃
I wish they would make it more trailer friendly. They need lashing points on the machine. They had so many design flaws on the older models. Glad to see they made changes. Still, that hopper cover is naff. That's coming off straight away. They still haven't beefed up the rear swivel brackets, the ball bearing extended grease nipple snaps off after a while and changing the belts is a nightmare.
Hi Matt. The chippers now have eight lashing points. The cover you are referring to isn’t actually a cover but a legal requirement feed table to meet the required minimum distance down to the feed roller. This is now integrated. The swivel castors are still the same. If you’d like to discuss any issues further, we would be happy to put you in touch with our Sales Consultant for the Jo Beau range - please call our office on 01476 568384, option 1.
Fantastic showdown of all the models there Andy. I'm still glad I went with the OS27, I don't think the OS31 would be quintessential other than the electric start for when my girlfriend is running the mill. Excellent work as always bud. Thanks for all your help too.
Many thanks Nick. We’ve had some customers that wanted maximum capacity for some oversize or irregular sized timber so they went for the OS31. The OS27 is the most popular in the range, it’s just a proper handy size. As ever Nick, I’m always at the end of the phone bud 👍🏻
Hi Steve, the control panel monitors the safety systems on the machine and controls the stress control system too. From the panel you can make sure that all the safety systems are working, check engine speed, battery voltage, and machine hours.
