Im currently building a 3.0 myself. I have the Vitavon Carbon fiber chassis. Locked diffs front and rear. Mod 1 gear swap. Tp power 3800kv motor mamba x esc. Fastest ive been so far is 80 mph but that was before diff lock. I locked my diff due to spinning out after about 70mph. Awesome run man. Any tips for me ?
I've just put a 1 8 scale motor in my emaxx, I've had to change the pinion to fit on the 5mm shaft, but it doesn't mesh with the old spur gear, can I ask what gearing you used?
Hey, I am strugeling with the servo placement, can you upload some pictures on your servo installment? I have a d110 but I dont get ti to fit, and there was no instructions with the chassi
People underestimate those Velineon motors man. You can do 100mph+ with the right esc, gearing and aerodynamics. Not saying it's going to last but it's a very good starting point for people just getting into speed runs with breaking the bank. World record stock Velineon 3500kv motor is 150mph by LightningDad13. He ran 6s and I cant remember what esc.

Have ever had steering issues as in no steering at all and when you try to turn the wheel by had it it won't turn if so what did you do to fix the issue
Yeah all I use it Air to clean my cars too, I got a Blue Eagle 1 gollon Air compressor I picked up at Farm and Family (Tractor supply like store) for $60, the thing is quieter than my fridge, its awesome. I hate hosing them or using cleaners, then I'd have to oil all the bearings, I'd rather leave them dusty and dirty than hosing them off.
No, usually you want a few tenths of a second. Maybe three or four personally. Reason being a few seconds under throttle and it can go a long ways away. Like this video lol.
@@CrespoRC True :) Mine's a cinewhoop so Its not that fast. Just faced signal saturation connection loss when I flew indoors nearby radio and freefall down, really scared me lol
That Cutlass is Awesome,never knew they even made one.Parma stuff still available somewhere? I heard they were coming back,I remember they had a 64 Fairlane Thunderbolt(I wish I would of got at the time!!)
