How can I reuse needles without spending money on new ones? Are there any needles with holes, for example, that allow you to change the thread easily?

God why does he look so awkward? It is like he has no life in him l. I mean I am ela.medical student and I can feel this fire and life in me when I do anything I enjoy but I just cant see this from him. Maybe he doesnt want to be in front of a camera, and he wants to be in an OR. Then just say it. Life is too short to be doing things you dont like.

Have you got any solution . I also have it ,I'm a medical student , it's too embarassing to shake hand while suturing all. It's actually made my confidence level low

I think it's because of social anxiety I believe, especially if you experience this when you are around people. I experience the same thing, I can't hold a cup of coffee in my hand. My hand starts shaking. It makes me feel weak and lowers my self confidence. I start sweating profusely too. Whenever this happens, I take deep breaths and say "Calm down, stop weighing too much into what people think about you".

@@AngelJoseph-bl3yz ive got a remedy, i took a 2500mcg vitamin B12, i had bells palsy 4 years ago and apart from that my eyes blink more often than normal. I guesd i had nerves issues. My shaking was less. No more constant eye blinking after taking vitamin B12 2500mcg

@@karthikb1999 in my case i donʻt think its only my anxiety. I had nerve issues and might also contributed to handshaking and also i drinks lots of coffee lol we had a belief in our country you don’t wash your hands after work might cause muscles spasm and overtime your hand tremors, i used to be a massage therapist and i wash my hands right after i couldn’t avoid it sometimes

That's interesting, because I've taken up cutting cabbage leaves for sauerkraut with a pair of barber's scissors instead of a knife. I've found that the tremors have slightly improved over the last few weeks and the cutting motion is getting easier because I am exercising those muscle groups in my right hand and arm - where I get the tremors.

Awesome ! , I’m a medical research engineer and changed my path toward Medicine, now as premed. I know it is still a bit far away but I would like to start practicing the skills shown in this wonderful channel starting from now since I aspire to become an excellent general or a cardio thoracic surgeon Thanks for everything

My mother has had hand tremors which only have gotten MUCH worse after she went into Psychosis in 2017, which, because of how extremely traumatic that was for me, I thought that my tremors were something I just inherited from mom and there was nothing I could change it, something that has been a cause for anxiety with me being electrician engineer working with soldering. But this gives me hope that I can recover and heal <3

Buy your own needle driver and forceps. For a suture pad -> good ole banana peels work great. You can also use other fruits or veggies (tomatoes and peppers work well). But for a reusable option the hair band is likely the best. But if you want to go an extra step I would actually suggest making your own silicon pad (2 part silicone is pretty cheap). You can also try ballistic gel (you can melt this stuff down and reuse it).

Drawing circles using the arm, and that exercise has increased my stability. Its a subtle thing, but I noticed it when I went over to using a wacom, much smother long flowing lines. I think that forearm and arm exercises like those, can help.
