Man I saw the guys interview on ruslan DK, that he converted to Christianity from satanism, and he is a really funny comedian and a brother in the Lord, so I obviously give him a big free pass, but now he's a FROOTBOOTER!!!! FRUITY FRUIT BOOT ❤ I LOVE MY FA-RUITY FRUIT LOOPS! 😂 Just kidding bros LOL I truly love this dude's work!
I've had experienced those, I know word by word what you are saying. Unfortunately. For me it's probably about chemical imbalance combined with tendency to take too much responaibility for the things i CAN'T really control like well-being and happiness of other people around me combined with tendency to overthink and rationalize instead of really feeling in the moment (which is hard, I know). Helps to remember I am just a human and I am doing the best I can. Helps to tell myself "oh hello anxiety! Nice to see you again. I will call you by your real name: emotion. Emotion, not reality". Helps to try to put my arms around my shoulders, kind of as if trying to hug myself. Physical excercises help too. Good to test the body, for instance levels of hormones etc. Body, feelings, soul are just the same thing, not separate as our culture would like us to believe. All the best, Matt. Love you man, your humour carried me through some hard times of my life ❤ All the best to everyone experiencing panic attacks. Everything will be well again. It will be. I know. I went through it. It's just the nervous system getting disregulated, but it will calm down. Nothing can remain stressed for a long period of time, finally it will naturally come down ❤
Thanks for sharing Matt. I too suffer from anxiety, same symptoms as you described. I don’t have flair ups as often as I used to, it does get better. When my thoughts go to ideas that I know will trigger my anxiety I’ve learned to shut it down through immediately doing something else. I also changed my diet to low carb, got rid of all processed food. Love your comedy, follow you on RU-vid. ❤
It was too much change all at once during quarantine. Even working from home hasn't gone back to normal yet... panic attacks are more common than you think but are still unbearable. Paper bag breathing always helped me. It doesn't work for everyone. Putting the work in and going through therapy is vital! We love you! Keep us laughing!
