I don't recommend mercado 28 people knows each other they are watching you all the time, they follow you trying to sell their product, the selling technique they use is annoying, pasele pasele, and blablabla they don't give you time to look and enjoy they are all over you all the time, I've been there two times n i wasn't there for no more then 20 minutes, they made me and my family feel uncomfortable. Mercado 23 and parque palapas are the best for shopping, better prices and poeple won't bother you.😂

They have zip bikes and zip lines that glide over the water. The limitations for zip bikes are as follows: The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, and you must be at least 4.3 ft (1.30 m) tall. The maximum allowed weight is 262 lbs (120 kg) and the maximum height is 6.5 ft (2 m). This information is from their website, so it should be accurate. As for the zip lines over the water, we're not exactly sure about the exact weight limit, but it should be similar to the zip bikes. One of us weighs about 220 lbs, and they let us ride it, no problem. Also nobody checked our weight there.
Great information we are doing a day in Isla Mujeres and l think we will do this option. The fact that we can stay longer to explore the island and catch the Ferry back is a win 🎉. Thanks for sharing.
My mom sent me xel ha video that’s hour long because we’re going visit it but I found this video instead and my mom said she should have watch this one and know I know what I’m going to do because all the other videos are spiansh and so long but this one was easy and entertaining thanks for helping us!

This looks like such a cool park! Love that it challenges your senses. The town is so trippy lol. I can totally see why you did the bird flight multiple times. It looks so peaceful.
Yes, it is an awesome park indeed. If you’re in the area as a tourist and don’t have much time, it’s definitely a place to go. This park is smaller compared to other Xcaret parks, but it is still fun. If you have kids, they will love it too :)

It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don’t participate. Both activities are done individually. The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children starting from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg). Hope that helps.
Transportation arrival times can vary depending on traffic on the day of your visit. On one occasion, we arrived around 9 a.m., and another time right at 8:30 a.m. However, keep in mind that the park's restaurants don't start serving breakfast until 9:30 a.m., and some of the locker rooms are also closed until then. The earlier arrival meant we had to wait for the locker rooms to open, which was not ideal since we couldn't change clothes or store our belongings and start exploring the park. Hope that helps.

When we went there, we booked our spot around lunchtime at one of the booths inside the park. There were a few free slots to choose from. However, to err on the side of caution, it would be better to book it upon your arrival at the park, you'll likely find more options available. We didn't book in advance, like days ahead, because we live here in Cancun.
