But what would you suggest for someone who has this condition and owns his own orthotics insole and needs a completely neutral shoe, so the arch support does not mess it up?
I loved this shoe but no thanks. It does not last long at all. I used them for tempo, daily, and long runs. Both pair only lasted about 150 miles. Before falling apart and killing my keens. How the first 100 miles were fabulous. I just can keep on dropping this kind of money on a shoe. You only get a good 150 miles out of. There’s just way better shoes on the market that last longer. However they were fun.
I know im a little late to the season and video but a lot of my courses have concrete sections in them, can I still wear them? and if i can do i have to take the actual spikes on the bottom out?
i've tried many stability shoes and I havent found one that's not feeling chunky lol. must be due to its supportive function. imo if you dont have special needs, just go for other type of shoes. As for me i kinda have no choice but to give up speed for stability since I injured my ankle
Does Saucony have a different model that is more of a supportive shoe as apposed to stability or the hurricane 24 is the one to get for overall support as well? What I'm referring to is as if Birkenstock would make a running sneaker for example.
@@fitnesssports1984 Thanks so much for the recommendation I've actually tried the Huarache 24 and Omni 22 shoe in-store yesterday because of your recommendation. while the hurricane 24 actually feels like walking on clouds in a way I did prefer the omni 22 as it didn't feel unnatural. I felt like a normal shoe that provides awesome support. I do wish it was maybe a little softer but not bad. Any other shoe recommendations that could work for me? I'm looking for a shoe that provides excellent support for my feet. I’m not necessarily looking for a running stability shoe, but rather something with a strong emphasis on overall support. I'm not a runner, but I do spend many hours on my feet, so it's important to me that the shoe is soft and comfortable, but also provides significant support. For example, if brands like Birkenstock or Teva Naot made a running shoe, that’s the kind of support I'm looking for. Perhaps there's a model similar to the Nike Structure 25? I would greatly appreciate your recommendations. Thank you!
