Well we just traded the 6150R in for a 6155M. It had all sorts of electrical issues in the cab that the dealer could never fix. The Rs cab just recently got updated again so its still the same cab that came out in the 90s but its been updated over time and now its very modern inside but not too modern and most of all its SIMPLE.

​@FordFan01 Tbh I found the 6M cab very small and cramped - especially if you have anyone with you. Our old Ford 6700 Q cab has more room. That issue alone would swing me to the R... Or a different brand.
