Dude.. Rough run? I got issues targetting people like that without the hyper action! Though i have a feeling you got some extra settings making your mouse aim easier, if only a little. Blood is known for shaky mouse controls. Atleast mine is.

Lovely speedrun, but it would be impressive as hell if it was done on extra crispy difficulty.
