I think things could've been better if they were allowed more episodes per season. As it stands, there is a lot of story to try and compress into eight episodes. I feel that the show runners are doing their best to make the most of the time they have.

@@brokenwheel4009 they added a lot on unnecessary parts. I understand that they're crunched for screen time, and there's no way they could have included everything, but they didn't have to add unnecessary content either.

What parts do you think were unnecessary?

@@brokenwheel4009 for starters Perrin not only having a wife, but killing her as well, and then having him crush on Egwene. The weird women's circle cliff jumping ceremony for Egwene. Nynaeve getting captured by the trollocs. Practically everything with Siuan and Logain. That Lews Theron can possibly come back as a female. Lord Agelmar's death. Loial being stabbed by the ruby dagger. Moirane being stilled/ shielded. I tried to only name some of the useless additions and not get into the pointless changes they made, such as unconscionably changing Mat and his father, or giving many of Rand's and other male character's cool scenes to female characters, like Tarwin's gap in the Eye of the World, and Egwene's rescue from the Seanchan. Or the way they changed the way the One Power works. They had a gold mine of badassery to pull from, and completely botched it. It rivals Eragon and the Avatar movie for awful adaptations.
