You did way better than I did. I was at the sink swishing with lime juice and straight up spraying water in my mouth for probably 10 minutes. I don't think I lasted 60 seconds before running to the sink...but I don't eat spicy stuff. It was covid and I wanted Aaron to stop pressuring Morrison to do it.
This is the exact opposite of my life. "I have to go to work. Marley, stop eating my shoelaces. Glock, stop eating my shoelaces. Loki, get off my lap, I have to go earn the money to pay for your cat food." I can't fathom how you would willingly encourage a cat to eat your laces.
When I go back to the places of my youth, it is the 50's and 60's. When I travel back to the neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York where I grew up, the Midwood section, I can drive for miles and see little or no change. The only difference is the carrs on the street are newer. The houses are the same. There has been little to no buildings being torn down and rebuilt. It looks just like I remember it.
What a cutie . Those calico’s are personality, we feed some outside cats (already have 3 boys inside) and one of them I call Scrappy because she’ll purr at you then hiss, then hiss at the other cat, then rub your leg then hiss at you 😂😂
Forget about all that workout and calorie count junk just going a carnivore diet you'll enjoy life and be healthier and probably lose a lot of weight. Steak and eggs.
