So i just saw your video. My old grizzly 17 died and looking for a replacement. This one looks nice and it would be awesome if it used the same size arbor and Jacob Taper given i have a lot of chucks (small and large, key'd and nonkeyed) that my had. So my question is what arbor size due this use MT 2, MT3? and what Jacobs Taper for the chuck JT3 or smaller 33 or 6?
Hi, is the head original? I thought Series II had a different design and Series I heads wouldn't fit? I might be totally off about any of it though haha!
Hello, we have the same machine in our shop. Would you share the wiring inside the panel? One of the wires (#1) was loose when I opened the control box. Also, when you replace the knob for the On/off switch, and speed, do you just remove the valve? Would love to hear your advice. Best
I've got a 1025m-d. Can't find a manual. Swapped to different grit belt and started tripping switches. Trying to adjust the tracking but not having any luck.
@@jvhscooter no manual yet but ended up finding the gears were stripped that control the height on the guides. Definitely gonna work on a manual. Thanks.
This is an almost exact copy of a Scotchman DO 8514, except it’s a little smaller with less tonnage capability. I mean, it has the SAME EXACT PARTS and design. I’m guessing that Scotchman must have licensed the design and maybe even sells the parts to Spartan. They are identical, except for where the control panel is located.
