With the OCCP data 'charger current offered' metric - is that supposed to go up/down based on these PV surplus settings? I'm only seeing '6A' available, or nothing. Even when there's 4-5kw excess solar available.
I have a Premium Subscription. I have five questions about the Yield Forecast (only the title Profile Of PV System is seen on the mentioned page and not the Words 'Yield Forcast' but I'll stick to naming it 'Yield Forecast for now). My Inverter is a Symo Gen 24 Plus - I have TWO MPP Trackers - In MPP1, our 20 x 410kW panels face N and the information is no problem to enter into the Module Field One, easy, but connected to my MPP2 is 4 Panels facing E and 4 Facing W (which we have been told can only get 1/2 use out of all 8 panels in Morning and Evening). I believe all 8 are on 1 string. At this present time I have only put one set of 4 Panels in Module Field 2. Question One: should I put all 8 panels in the Module field and just put either E or W in, or do I leave it as is? Question Two: In the video, you said, "You can compare the MPP Trackers if they are producing, performing well.." I assume this is information is on the History Grid - is this correct? Question Three : If I leave this information as is in Module Field 2 (1 lot of 4 panels) will I only see the production of those 4 panels on the grid or all 8 since all 8 are connected to the inverter - I am a bit confused. Question Four: still on the topic 'Yield Forecast' page, the information about the 'Offset Earning' is a bit confusing to me. Am I meant to put the amount we get back from sending electricity to the grid - atm it is 7c/kWh. Question Five: this refers to the History Grid Channels Voltage DC MPP1 and Voltage DC MPP2 - when I have no DC Current thus Solar when it is out of solar hours/dark/night time, the Voltage DC is still showing Voltage up to 80 V at times. The voltage goes lower (not very much) when the battery is down to it's 10% we don't use. Does this indicate a problem - maybe a battery volt leakage? I would really appreciate any advice you can give answering my questions.
Helpful video, thanks. The one thing missing for consideration of the GEN24 Plus is the ability to take advantage of a standard fuel generator when solar isn't enough to maintain batteries in a grid down situation.

Will this meter work ok with homes that have a Powerwall 2? some CT sensors have issues with AC batteries as they cause the powerfactor to be very low.

Geschätzte Fronius Als PV Installateur stelle ich leider immer wieder fest, dass eure Produkte dem Markt Hinterher Hinken! - währe der Vetro 4 Jahre fürher auf den Markt gekommen, hätten wir gar nie ein grund gehabt, Wechselrichter aus China zu verbauen. - die Eingansstrome DC sind Immer noch zu niedrig! Die Mitbewerber bieten 25 KW Hybridwechselrichter an, wo bleit ihr mit solchen Produkten?!? Für Grossanlagen habt ihr euch selber ins bein Geschossen, die Mitbewerber (120 kw) bieten 12 MPPT s an, wir brauchen keine Stringsicherungen ( oder müssen andere bestellen wegen dem Modul) und man hatt die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Ausrichtungen und Modulanzahl zu Verstringen, und zwar auf 1 Wechselrichter! Mein Tipps an Fronius: Hybrid Wechselrichter bis 30 kW, mitt 4 MPPT und mindestens 30 Ampere eingangsstrom pro MPPT! Bei grossen WR , vergisst entlich eure Eco Baureie, das ist unbrauchbahr! Baut Wechselrichter mit vielen MPPT ! Gerne würden wir mehr von Euren Produkten verbauen, leider könnt ihr mitt eurer Produktpallete nicht gegen China Konkurenzieren! Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Beim Anschließen der WSD-Klemme: wo kommt das "V+"- bzw. das "IN 8"-Kabel hin? Wenn man GANZ GANZ genau hin sieht, könnte man meinen, dass das Kabel "V+" in die untere Klemme "IN-" kommt, somit müsst also "IN 8" in die obere Klemme "IN+" kommen, richtig? Wer sich fragt, wo man es sieht: bei Minute 2:21 sieht man drei Striche am unteren Kabel. Wer schon einmal den Überspannungsschutz in der Hand hatte, erkennt, dass diese drei Striche die obere Hälfte des "V+"-Aufdrucks sein muss! @FroniusSolar: BITTE UM AUFKLÄRUNG!

The inverter is not reconnecting to the wifi after a internet connection breakdown. The only way to reconnect is to manually restart it. What can I do?

Sorry, aber das System ist für mich nicht ausgereift. Ich habe selbst diesen Wechselrichter. Beim Notstrom kann man nicht mal einen Heitzstab für Warmwasser nutzen.... Sehr schwache Leistung ... wir sind im Jahr 2024....
As an installer of GEN24 inverters I have found this video to be helpful as it identifies that single phase use of the WR meter requires the unused L2 & L3 connections to be connected to the WR meter neutral terminal. The meter will not operate without these L2 & L3 to neutral jumpers. The Fronius operating instructions for the WR meter do not show these jumpers & this video does not mention in the question section at the end, for non-operation of the meter.

hallo ich nutze auch Ihre App leider gibt es bei mir ein großes Problem ich besitze schon eine Anlage und die wurde so angeschlossen dass mir jetzt über die Steckdose angezeigt wird wie viel Strom von der anderen Anlage ins Netz geht also ich kann den Verbrauch den ich von der neuen Anlage produziere nicht auslesen was kann der solarmonteur anders machen und dieses zu beseitigen. außerdem habe ich das Problem dass ich meine Leistungen mpp1 und mpp2 nicht einzeln über den Tagesverbrauch auslesen kann

Mein Wattpilot verhält sich völlig anders. Bei Wahl des ECO Modus wird trotzdem Strom aus der Hausbatterie gezogen. Und bei Wahl der Option Netzeinspeisung bevorzugen wird trotzdem munter weiter Strom aus dem Netz zum Laden des Autos bezogen. Das ist leider sehr ärgerlich.
Hola buenas tengo una instalación aislada en ac coupling con victron quiero añadir otro fronius en paralelo en este caso frenaran la producción ambos por cambio de frecuencia aunque no haya comunicación entre ellos ,o es obligatorio definir el maestro y esclavo en este caso? En este caso debería definir los dos como máster según tengo entendido

Hallo! Ich habe die Einstellung bei der Eigenverbrauchs-Optimierung wie im Video eingestellt( Einspeisung und 4000W). Dadurch fängt der Gen 24 nach der Solarproduktion mit 4000W die Einspeisung ins Netz. Das macht er die ganze Nacht bis in der Früh die Solarproduktion wieder Anfängt.Meine 57kWh Speicher waren am Morgen nur noch auf 7%. Leider macht die Einstellung nicht das was erklärt wurde. Ich benötige eine Lösung das der Ohmpilot erst nach einer Eispeisung von 4000W Sonnenstrom das Wasser aufheizt. Danke
