brooo, don't do cupping so often it doesn't have effect this way, cupping is done to remove dead (bad) blood from the area and it should be done 1/2 a month maximum. my opinion!

I would do ball handling and finishing drills while alternating with a heavy and regular ball. I guarantee you’ll see a difference after a week of consistently working on it. I lowkey might make a RU-vid video on it that shows the exact workouts I did
1. put a plastic bag over the ball and do a ball handling drill2. freestyle with your off hand for 5 minutes or so 3. throw ball of backboard 3 times and make a layup💯
