Thank you for the lecture combining the latest science and ancient wisdom. It moved me deeply, especially by 3 points. 1. Stress happens “unconsciously.” The cause of stress is Non-acceptance. 2. How to accept? Watch from a distance what happens. If we can activate the parasympathetic nerve system, the stress never arises. 3. Meditation (deep, long, slow breathing) activates the system. I remembered some sentences I read yesterday as follows; “Your unconsciousness, your unawareness, are needed as a medium for your inner senses exist. This is the reason why, the moment you become aware of them, your inner senses start withdrawing-they simply withdraw.… Such a person, who abides in a state of stillness, has reached samadhi.” -Gita Thank you.
Thank you Akira Sensei for describing well regarding the profound lecture. It deeply resonated with us, especially the insights on stress arising from non-acceptance, the power of observing from a distance, and the role of meditation in activating the parasympathetic nervous system. The session beautifully echoed powerful reminder of the journey within.
Thank Dr. Namu for “Unveiling Divine Embrace”. We are not separated from the universe. We are interconnected to the universe. We are one with the universe. But we cannot realize so by ego. Ex. The sky is different because we are looking through our own windows (by mind). But the sky is one in reality. The oneness becomes unveiled by meditation beyond the mind. Thank you for the great lesson. Akira
Dear Akira Sensei, Thank you for your beautiful reflection on "Unveiling Divine Embrace." Your words resonate deeply with the truth of our interconnectedness and the illusions created by the ego. The analogy of the sky seen through different windows captures the essence perfectly-we are all part of the same vast reality, only divided by the limitations of our perception. It is indeed through meditation and a journey beyond the mind that we can unveil this oneness and experience the divine embrace that unites us all. I am grateful for the opportunity to share this understanding with you.
Thank Dr. Namu and all. This session is a revitalization of the Buddha’s teaching, as follows: 「入息・出息を念ぜよ。観えるままに楽しみて住み、 慈悲の心を得、迷いを断ち、悟りに入る」(雑阿含経) Watch your inhaling and exhaling breathing. And you can live in health and happiness, have compassion. cut delusion, and enlighten blissfully. The lecture revealed the essence of this wisdom. * What is breathing? God himself is doing so. In coming Breath → Happiness In going Breath → Peacefulness Body → feels present, health Mind → happiness Heart→ compassion, love Energy → blissfulness Thank you. Akira
Thank Dr. Namu and the presenter for the superb session. We can learn the important meanings of breathing more deeply. 1. Always be positive. 2. Breathing is with us from birth to death. Let us express our gratitude towards breathing. 3. Breathing connects body and soul like a bridge. 4. Longer, deeper, slower breathing gives us out of stress. 5. Real-self is emptiness. I feel emptiness is the energy of love, compassion, and wisdom, that is, spiritual light. Through this meditation, I could feel fusing into the vibration of nature. 6. Meditation is bliss, light, and all. Thank Nakagawa-sensei for the wonderful words: “Stress and anxiousness are gaps between the facts and expectations. Meditation is just staying in this moment without expectations. The state of meditation is stressless.” I want to live with the helpful wisdom. Thank you all. Akira
Thank Dr. Namu for the lecture and meditation. I’ve learned as follows: We have to start with meditation. The best medicine for anger is meditation. 1. Here and now, meditation. 2. First, meditation. 3. Meditation is all help. I remembered Buddha’s words; “There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path.” And I want to continue it; The path is meditation and samadhi, here and now, in every action all the time. Thank you.
Dear Akira Sensei, Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your insights. It is truly heartening to hear about the profound impact the lecture and meditation have had on you. Your reflections beautifully capture the essence of our practice. Indeed, meditation is a powerful tool for transforming anger and cultivating peace. By centering ourselves in the present moment and embracing meditation as a continuous path, we find that happiness naturally arises from within. Buddha’s wisdom, “There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path,” resonates deeply, and your addition emphasizes the importance of integrating meditation and samadhi into every aspect of our lives. May you continue to walk this path with mindfulness and grace. Thank you again for your thoughtful message.
I think today’s lecture is the essence of the most important truth of meditation. Especially, we can understand “the power of witnessing”. Today's lecture and meditation guidance are related organically. wonderful! 1. Witnessing = watchfulness + Awareness Watcher from the hills Watch the watcher (Observer is been observed.) 2. Power of witnessing Witnessing can change behavior and quality. (Electrons experiment ex. is superb.) 3. The Self is eternal, infinite, blissful, witness, enjoyer, and so on. 4. Awareness is the path, Bliss is the goal. Bliss is watching from our center. (Bliss happens at the level of the soul.) 5. Witnessing→body, mind, heart, emotions → start behaving→Harmony starting on its own. 6. We are in our consciousness. It(everything) happens. Be doing everything in meditation. Thank Dr.Namu for the instruction for the ultimate Truth.
Thank Dr. Namu. Through your talking and session, I found the following In Zen meditation, breathing is like the flow of a river. It carries away our thoughts, emotions, and feelings. It cleans and purifies our mind, heart, body, and soul. As a result, it lets us find our true selves with light, peace, and tranquility, that is, compassion and wisdom. It can let us live in here-now with the guiding light (principle) of nature. Thank your spiritual vibration of your guiding voice. That’s excellent. Thank you.
Dear Akira Sensei I just wanted to say a big thank you for taking the time to watch it. It means a lot to me that you went through it. You described it much clearly. Looking forward to catching up soon.
Thank you for the workshop online. 1. From ancient times, many enlightened people have lived in beautiful nature. 2. Truths humans have learned from nature are the principles they depend on and live on. 3. Enjoy nature. Through meditation, I think the nearest nature for a human being is the body, especially breathing. To breathe brings us pure vibration of nature and higher spirits. So we can purify our mind, body, and soul by it in meditation. It brings us health, happiness, and bliss. Thank you.
Always, thank Dr.Namu, Nakagawa-sensei, and all. Today’s lecture, “The Meaning of Life”, reminds me of a question, “Where is God?” I think three important points are in the lecture. 1. To search for the meaning of life in books, places, and a master. (ex. water, light, soil. En 縁) 2. To discover it inside, in ourselves, Dharma(=holding). (ex. a seed. In 因) 3. Enlightenment is a living life with the whole existence, total awareness, lovingness, and blissfulness. (ex. a beautiful flower, fragrance. Kaho 果報) A Japanese says in a poem; Searching for the light heart of God and Buddha For many years, Finally, I find it in my own real self. (神仏の光求めて幾星霜 気づけば光わが内にあり) We are all children of God and Buddha, holding the essence of its light (therefore, to be aware of the light is said “enlightenment”). God is in our self (inside) and everywhere. Thank you for all. Akira Ishibe
Dear Akira Sensei, I am truly delighted by your profound understanding and insights into spirituality and self-experience. I also greatly appreciate your presence in our Zoom meetings whenever it's possible.
Thank Dr. Namu. I learned the following; 1. Many thoughts eliminate all connection with the High Self. 2. Loving awareness is meditation. 3. Meditation is the art of living in the present moment. In the present moment is there everything, that is, the material world and spiritual world, the past, the present, and the future. So we are entirely free, creative, and related to every being. All we have to do is to awaken its truth. Thank you.
This response shows appreciation, reflects on the lessons learned, and acknowledges the impact of meditation guidance on your personal growth. Thank you so much and please keep it up.
Start to love yourself (body, mind, and real self). and to become to love everything, every life, and the universe. We can experience to express such love through meditation. Superb.
Thank you for the superb workshop. The lower levels of the energy frequencies cannot cure, or solve the problems that exist in the same or higher levels. We cannot solve the outer problems through only every outer approach. We can solve the outer problems only by the inner power and wisdom. The true self, the original self is not only a witness, seer, and watcher, but also the energy of bliss, happiness, and God's light itself. What a splendid lecture and meditation workshop! Thank you.
