I was able to jump down in the Angor Fort without aggroing the elite - note worthy for anyone soloing

To clarify, once you loot Illegible Recipe you must right click it to obtain the quest "Anyone Can Cook", you turn this quest in @ 53;72 Arathi Highlands, to the NPC ogre named Skonk. He will give you the follow up quest for the ingredients called "A Quick Grocery Run".

Do I need to turn in the first quest before getting the ingredients?
