This has honestly become canon Paladin Straits for me 😂 I love the original to death but Trench has always been so special so hearing this one in the style of Trench, especially the back half of the song, makes it hit so different and feel even more cinematic than the original
@@MenacingThreat But in the lore songs that are present, that line does make sense. If you think of the lore songs/music videos as their own mini album, that line makes more sense.
@@artemis1123 I respectfully disagree. There really are only two songs (Overcompensate and Paladin Strait) that lyrically push the narrative forward. All the other songs are character studies of Tyler and where he’s at in real life. Not a whole lot of Trench to be seen really anywhere.
