My mission is to improve your relationship with your hair - and therefore yourself! Our hair is an extension of us, and it marks how we want to present ourselves to the world during each chapter of our lives. I’ve spent over 17 years helping thousands of clients master their hair from my central London base - and I want to help everyone get the best hair of their lives - no matter where you live, what your hair is like, or even who your hairstylist is!
You'l find new videos here, every week on Thursdays.
My video topics are based on comments and questions I get across all my social medias - with a hope that I can help you get the most out of your hair. If I haven't covered it yet, just ask!

That's terrible advise, you are basically saying: ignore the problem. Adressing the problem and fixing the balance is what you would do for longterm health. Instead of short term comfort.
Famous trichologist Philip Kingsley said years ago that for good scalp care EVERYONE should wash their hair and scalp daily. No matter if you have dry hair and scalp or oily. No matter the race or hair type. Scalp is skin and skin needs to be clean. I have dry skin all over my body but I certainly don't skip showering because of it. I use moisturizers and shower daily. I have afro textured hair and i shampoo every other day and sometimes 2 days in a row. Doing this has actually made my hair softer and LESS dry.
My hair is shredding alot not growing at all at the end but I see my roots I am trying to oil from scalp to ends will do this for a month and see how it go's
Im here laying in bed wondering if taupe hair is a thing, because it's my favorite color and it compliments my akin tone. I have a short layered bob, (growing a pixie out) would it not be striking enough?
Hello, sorry for bothering but I need some advice 😄 What types of oils do you recommend for maintaining hair health, preventing damage and split ends? For example, would argan or castor oil be useful? Can the oil be applied after washing and not rinsed off? I don't know how often it should be applied if I wash my hair every 5 to 7 days
Well, I wouldn't call my gray hair gray because for the most part the top of my head looks white. I adore the color, and if my entire hair were the same color, I wouldn't attempt to change it. However, I still have some salt and pepper action going from the mid head and down the nape. What strikes me difficult to address given my new natural and way less processed hair is the fact that the gray hair came with a very noticeable change of texture. I don't mean just a little coarse, I mean, I know have patches of white that grow in a very kinky, manner. I'm Hispanic, so yes, my hair was never straight-as-a-pin. It was more on the wavy side. Having said that, my struggle now is geared more towards finding products & hair styles that accommodate a mixed texture hair. Color, is a different story. I'm undecided, I may go platinum and end that part of the story :)
This is my natural colour and many times I’ve had hair dressers tell me how beautiful it is and that people pay a lot of money to get this colour… of course, the grass is always greener! I prefer my hair to be lighter as it makes me feel more lifted and alive
This made zero sense. No way to tell the difference between terminal length and breakage unless you are literally treating your hair like a silk scarf.
You are correct. Because when I was in my 30s, not listening to that "it can't go past a certain length" is certainly something I successfully defied. It's just harder now that I'm 50 and live in a dry climate and still have frizzier hair than ever. Fine, frizzy hair is VERY hard to grow long, but not impossible.
What I’ve noticed is that when hair starts to go white the hair that hasn’t turned white yet looses its warmth and begins to look dull. Even golden blondes start to look ashy. 😢
Coworker spotted my natural growth really grown in "you're a little young for greys" to which I responded "oh you mean my christmas tree tinsel I'm 50 thanks but yeh I love it" they giggled 🤷♀️
It's my DNA. The stop point of my hair is shoulder length and all of us have fine thin hair.. thank you dad. 😏😏 Unlike Mom's family they have a very thick long hair that we couldn't get from her.
