Thanks for making this video! My sunroof leaks at the same spots on the passenger side, and that's after clearing the the drain port using an air compressor. So when I test by pouring water at the front passenger side drain port, water comes out of the undercarriage like normal, but also comes out in the headliner in that area. After watching your video, I now know what to look for when I take apart the corner of the headliner 👍.
don't use the blow gun at the sunroof holes unless you wanna end up having to remove the headliner. you WILL blow the hose straight off the fitting as it it is only a friction fit (and a fairly loose one too). instead use a long roll of that green weed Wacker cable as a drain snake. if the hose does pop off it will saturate the headliner with water AND your floor so best to avoid that.
i’m having this problem now and the top line is spraying fuel, i changed it out twice it stopped both times then started to spray fuel again! i can’t seem to get the line perfectly seated on the brass cup of the high pressure pump and it’s becoming a huge pain in the ASS! 🤦🏽♂️
Okay so you were really just replacing every part you thought of and after 20 parts replaced your issue was fixed, wow thanks but no thank you, I'd rather take it to the shop.
So my light doesn’t stay on… it makes my radio go completely blank, pops up for like 2 seconds than turns back off. Does anybody else’s radio go out?? What did you do to solve it
Did Buick need to put all them star bolts to hold that cover on that selling car I've ever seen do that or they just being assholes or what most of them just had that clip like what was on it to hold those covers on I see no reason why they felt they needed to bolt that son of a b**** down some of these cars these days these Engineers need their head up their ass😂
2010 lacrosse needed axel & other parts replaced due to a hit to the curb which was major cus the air bags came out as well now sensor say service stabilitrak & Power steering
Great video the ventilation in my car sounds like that whining set from an aircraft plan.. didn't know how to get to all of the motors or the fan. Appreciate the only thing is your pointing to the ventilation fan saying it's the airbag which is not not criticizing just a pointer thanks again great video..
Be steadier with your camera. More stationary shots for stuff like this. While you were taping the back seats I couldn't really tell how the size was, it was like watching Mr. Bean wave his camera all over the place from his Mr Bean Vacation movie. Not griping just helping.
did you figure out what the name or part numbers are? The camera is moving too fast. It was really not focused on that part of the engine. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello I am having the same issue as you 😣 I also changed the oxygen sensors, cleaned the MAF sensor, bought a cheap smoke machine and no leaks. I really couldn’t see from where in the engine you removed those two pieces of rubber. I don’t suppose you can email me a pic?
I have my 2010 Buick Lacrosse cxl at the shop now for a service stabilatrak message coming on now they quoted me a price of $440 to repair said it was a sensor.I feel like the cost is high but I'm not a mechanic.
The video was great for the most part, but the middle section was hard to watch and from somebody who knows nothing about cars or lights, i had no clue what you were trying to show with your camera. Still a positive review and a like!
If you're having trouble doing it by hand, simply, use a flathead screwdriver. •Place the screwdriver head inside the rectangular opening on the edge of light housing. •Then push inward (twds the center of the light housing) and down. Easy peasy!
