For me the voice and the "music" are in competition for my attention. They seem equally loud. Is it possible to present something in its pure form. Music. Or voice telling a story? How can we train children to focus if everything we present to them comes with "background" noise?

Self help industry is toxic and leads to mental illness. The only person who benefits from self help industry are narcissists who wrote it and get profit from panhandling socially anxious.

His being is a transformative energy.. So I like to unlearn everything and just be MYSELF... All that Iam it's already there..
