Thank you very much for the lovely compliment! No real secret, just lifestyle choices. I eat healthy most of the time, walk daily, dance and teach multiple times a week and go to the gym to do weight training 3x a week. It ain't easy LOL, but it's worth it.
There is a natural ease about your teaching and dancing Candy. I am impressed ! You seem to have a penchant for fun, attitude dances. As an Aussie from Queensland, I would like to recommend two of our current dances to view. Just Poison by Linda Burgess and Keepin It Country by Chris Watson.

Does anyone line dance to nutbush city limits over there or is it just here in Australia. When that song comes up at a venue here everybody rushes to the dance floor. Quite a fun dance.
