I appreciate each and every one of you stopping by to view my channel. I've had many positive comments left and I can't tell you how much I enjoy that. I try to establish an ensemble of videos that are of aquariums, animals, music, and such. I do take requests and will try my best if it's a feasible project given time and monetary limitations. My career track and emphasis is in business operations. I am currently working on getting my MBA so I can further develop myself in the business world. I will accept most friend invites, granted they are not spam (they will be checked). If you enjoy wolves, fish/aquariums, trance, or 80s music, then you share an interest of mine and I would enjoy being your friend to network with and share videos.
Once again, thank you all for stopping by. Have a good day and good luck with all your life's endeavors.
This is a masterpiece! A lot of insights and other lives from past I got when listen it. Congrats! You have some angelical gifts to compose! Keep it up!
stupid question but where can I found gatehouse and is it even possible to have a gatehouse if you play a map that has no winning condition (not a mission)
if you're playing in sandbox mode (not a mission), I believe not all of them allow for a gatehouse. If that be the case, then you won't be able to build this design without one.
Is there a way to create an enclosed but functioning housing area without gatehouses? To somehow keep the walkers inside the house block but still be able to deliver food and goods to the markets?
Yes but the trick is to keep the people walking in the same direction all the time. A long road or snake design work to some extent. I've never gotten a perfect one because walkers change directions at intersections and I always have one. Gatehouses ensure they stay in a loop all the time to get the required services and goods.
The donut shapes works for some building that don't require external goods like food or pottery. Basically a circular road in which you put school theaters etc, in between you build the housing. If you don't like Gatehouses, you can have a look to the augustus mode of CAesar 3. Very well executed mode both ascetically and game mechanics. There's a gate house with a single tile that you put like a plaza. Some QOL and also more difficult things. Highly recommended.
And this is how it sounds when you allow for zero dynamics and for the kick to ram the entire track hard into clipping. It's utter shite. Well done ruining an otherwise nice track.
The working people are taken from the overall city's supply of available labor which in turn employ all the goods and service buildings to the palaces. You need to have a good size city set up with plenty of extra labor before developing this palace block.
OMG, it's my remix!! As in I made it! I was driving trying to find the original C64 theme and saw "remix" and thought "oh, lemme hear someone else's remix!", and then next thing I know it's my own song, LMAO! That's awesome man! Would love to get a little credit in the description ;) I still have the original Impulse Tracker file if anyone doesn't believe me, LOL!
ocremix credits Martin Galway on this arrangement and I listed that in the credits over a decade ago. "ocremix.org/song/10390/game-over" It's a beautifully crafted arrangement and great tribute to the beloved game.
