I don't think it matters when to sleep at night as long as you get a good quality sleep. (7-8 hours of sleep) Ive been sleeping at 3-4 am and wake up at 11am and it's still refreshing and full of energy when I wake up. My brain has adapted to this schedule so I don't get sleep at mid night at all and If I do feel sleepy it's usually near 3am.
I'm 18 my job requires me to be awake till 12 pm and I need money or Imma be broke so I got to sleep to 1 PM everynight and wake up at 9 AM in the morning so I sleep 8 hours a day but I got sleep late I don't if that's good but fuck it I'm young and looking a bit older won't hurt me
The title maybe confusing but this is what I think he meant: We have to set a fixed time to go to sleep everyday and it'll become the Sleep Gate. 2 hours before Sleep Gate you will feel very energetic but you have to obey your Sleep Gate and go to sleep. Therefore, the best time to sleep is the fixed time you chose (Sleep Gate) and the worst time to sleep is 2 hours before it. For example, if I want to go to sleep at 10pm, I mustn't sleep at 8pm-10pm and must go to bed at 10pm.
10pm to 2am is the most crucial time of day you *should* be asleep. On top of that 6 to 7.5 hours of sleep a night on average. Waking up at 4:30 to 5:30am is also great and do some cardio to get your blood moving
@@ridebiking6 hours of sleep? That's terrible. You should at least get 8 hours of sleep. Well, perhaps it's different for everyone but for me at least 6 hours of sleep is way too little

I've been having 6.45am shifts at work the past 2 weeks, and now my body automatically wakes up around 6 and naturally gets tired around 9-10pm. Which is perfect, I've discovered the peaceful time in the morning when its just you the birds and the sunrise to be such an exhilarating meditative activity that now I watch the sunrise as many days as I can. I found the peace in the morning and the peace at night when you are winding down for bed to be very important to reset and relax, its almost like a spiritual reset. I also found I am productive in the morning and once I get all my tasks out of the way, I have the rest of the day to enjoy and relax (if I am not working that day). And because the sunrise is so inspiring I feel excitement to wake up the next day, and that feeling is something I had as a kid and never thought I could feel again. Its so worth it, give it a go! Theres no harm in trying 😊
I would like to but i know i cannot. I write this at 3:48 am, the problem is my sleep schedule shifted so far that the night "broke" for me, meaning i always start to hear birds chirping and the sky turning dark blue from black before i fall asleep. Kind of sucks like nearly every aspect in my life right now, even tho i graduated and people tell me i have the whole live to decide and live before me, but i was never more alone or just plain hopeless for my and our all future. Sorry for going of topic bit i wrote it now so i will send it
@@emil-1609 I know exactly how you feel......but me and my husband forgot to laugh many years ago. He does not have a sense of humor so I gave up long ago. I'm sorry for you😦
Alot of difference...night sleep is quality sleep...during night sleep growth hormones release maximally...if u skip night sleep...u have skipped ur growth hormones😊
@@shine2678not how it works with insomnia bro. Insomnia is genuine pain. Imagine being so exhausted and wanting to rest but your body won’t let you after a long day
