Dead inside, Soldier's resistance, Vengeance resistance, survival build, recovery mechanic, weapon with non-interruptable attacks. You will instantly recover most of the health you lose.
The test for b1 block cancelling is blocking bryans 3+4, whiff a b1 and block a followup df4 from bryan. It requires frame perfect db,b in sequence but is possible. Blocking bryans b1 here is impossible and is working as intended. This was the same in tekken 7. The flicker bug has nothing to do with whats presented here.

Steve has an auto guard built into flicker. The current bug with it is, on a blocked b1b, steve cannot block i10 moves. He can still cancel flicker with db,b and be perfectly safe but it wasn't like this before.
