Very good... but cant help... it pete... the drummer dose a great job here, but pete has a sound this drummer cannot replace..in terms of feel.. not even close...
I'm surprised he played both bass drums during the verse when on the album its just a single foot blast......also, did they not even bother to mic the damn snare?!?

@@loboahriman7680 oh I have been a fan since covenant and I know he is falling apart and it's now even affecting his playing negativily .His lead guitar chops have really gone down hill.it breaks my heart as Trey was at one time one of the best extreme metal guitarists. I hope Trey gets the help he needs with the drinking.
Saw I Am Morbid yesterday playing "Covenant" live in its entirety (minus "Angel of Disease" because of the credits). It was iconic to see Vincent and Sandoval play together again. I've already seen Morbid Angel live in 1989 and I f love it that BOTH bands are still playing all those phenomenal DM songs in 2023! 🔥🤘🔥
Trey is great songwriter and guitarist. Steve make good job with the God of Emptiness, not just a vocalist but with bass also. But Trey is my hero. Unbelievable talent.
