I’ve seen people on Amazon complaining about the quality of the doll and how easy to break it is, did you have any issues?
@RWPlayStudio
@RWPlayStudio 5 месяцев назад
Yes you have to be careful with these dolls. They are not made to be handled roughly, for sure.

does anyone know how this doll actually compares in size to BREYER horses? If she is SLIGHTLY too big for Schleich I have the feeling shed be about perfect for one of Breyer sizes. Thanks.

I think it would be the perfect size for Breyer Classics!

I am not sure how many were used, but my policy is you can never have enough craft sticks! You can find them at the dollar store and stock up 😊

How do you keep the hay from mildewing over time?

It's totally dry, so unless it's kept in a damp area it won't mold :)

Omg this is soo good but unfortunately I don’t have access to any of the materials :( luckily I came up with a cheaper way ^^ 1. Get some grass from outside 2. Get 4 pieces of cardboard 3. Stick the 4 pieces of cardboard together to make a square 4. Put any type of glue all around the sides of ur mini box 5. Stick ur pieces of grass to the mini box 6. Get 2 rubber bands and put them both on ur hay block Then, ur done. Feel free to use this method! But please give credit 🙃

Hi what model horses do you use?
@AnneAndersonFoxiepaws
@AnneAndersonFoxiepaws Год назад
You did an amazing job on her face, I can't do 1/12th let alone 1/18th, which is why I use JoyToys lol, they're made in 1/18th and have moulded clothes and hair, you can get ones like you have in 1/18th too, they come with interchangeable hands and heads if you're into making tiny clothes. I think you did such an amazing job with this though, I wouldn't want to change her, she's perfect. Her hair is gorgeous too! Oh you made a hat! Brilliant! I have been wanting them for my girls and the boys! The jacket is incredible too, good idea using felt as it doesn't fray! I learned a heap this time as you're really good at this! Oh goodness boots, I have problems making Barbie sized boots and tend to repurpose the little plastic shoes you get for dolls, using the soles and heels and redoing the uppers, I saw it on a miniature channel. It was Akemaru Kawai channel and it was Make Barbie boots using doll shoes, that's the original idea but those cheap doll shoe packs have tiny little shoes that fit your girls feet, I used them on my 1/12th ones as bases for boots etc., also there's sometimes even smaller ones, it saves on the soles so I just did the upper of boot. Not as talented as you when it gets that tiny, or at least my eyesight isn't up to it. These boots are beautiful! You are a natural! Josefine at Daisy Stalls does this kind of thing all the time with her incredible tack, I am seriously in awe of you both! Aww Marcus is gorgeous!

Brilliant tree! You're a proper genius you know, you seem to find great ways of finding things like the little stud things on the leather strap, honestly I don't think I would ever have thought of that. And your hay bales were amazing too!

Ok, I give! You are clearly the master, and I know nothing!! LOL I looked at computer cardboard as rock, but i went in and grabbed my carton, and by gosh it does! I need to study under you!! I do have a suggestion for filling in your putty next time. Try a tooth brush to smear the putty.

Might you be able to tell me just how big the leaves are. I have tried to find some to work with and they are either to big or to small.... its really hard to go off images. Times like this I wish I had a HobbyLobby or they shipped to Australia.

found something that may work and would love to know what you think RU-vid doesnt seem to allow links to anything but sorry if it does and its just messing round with me. Anyways I found something of Amazon Australia called Artificial Ivy Hanging Plant Artificial Greenery Drooping Vines Leaves Garland Wall Decoration 2pcs Home Decor. The leaves look to be smaller then the ones you used and they are more clustered looking then anything else I can thus far find. Thanks again and still looking... like I said would really love to do this just trying to find leaves that might work seems harder than Id like.
@inspelled
@inspelled Год назад
HELP WANTED is there anywhere aside from Hobby Lobby where you can get the leaves from. I do not have them here and the website doesn't work for me at all either. I did think the leaves I managed to find would work but now dont think they are uniform enough and would be better suited for a willow tree. Tanks and once again LOVE this.
@inspelled
@inspelled Год назад
One question. With the branches you make out of wire, do you cover them with clay as well to make them look more an extension of the tree or just leave them as you never did quite say though it looks as though you did from one shot to another.
@inspelled
@inspelled Год назад
YAY... I FINALLY found some leaves that I believed would work and now.... IF i CAN FIND A SUITABLE BRANCH AND MY DRILLS DONT DIE ON ME I can take what you taught so wonderfully here and make my own. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
