I find it quite ironic that this man passed just 2 days after this video was posted. He had the right Mindset, but it came much too late in his life to make a difference. He probably would have lived well past 100 if he started doing his fitness in his 20s or 30s
This man is an inspiration! May he rest in peace! I intend on doing the exact same as he did - always moving and working until the day I die. Inactivity is certainly a death sentence.
What an inspirational man, hearing this at the age of 19 is a true blessing. Look after your body and health it's where you will live all of your life ❤️
Strength training is different from running. At 75, running was put aside and strength training became my focus. I can't do both. But now I have new legs, and pullups are being trained very gradually. My legs are sort of like they were when they were at their best, bouncing, leaping, but that was when squatting had begun. There may be a balance, but that may happen later.
And now they take orders and money, but they fail to deliver. 16 weeks and they deliver excuses and lies… but no shoes. Shameful. I do hope the workers are getting paid…
This just made my day. I was worrying about me having moved into my 30s, but still haven't achieved anything significant. I'm gonna pursue what I wanted to do now, with even more enthusiasm, thanks to this wonderful old man. Gosh I don't even want to call him old 😀
