Bro no way on the Bulldog or the GS. British Bulldogs are great but theyre so inbred at this point that they come with a host of health problems which I would argue positions them as less than ideal first time breeds. The GS are just way too big and too scary as well, you need to train the responsibly and know how to interact with people when you have them, not impossible but if I had to recommend a first time breed it wouldn't be that.
Wouldn't personally say they are scary, but that's very subjective. However; they really need a firm hand when training which is not really something you should recommend to a first time owner. That said though, all dogs obviously benefit from quality training. Smaller dogs are generally "noisy" since people see them as "simple" pets and neglect to train them properly. But at least you have less muscles to contend with
@@MrBl00 Its not subjective. Many many many territories classify dog breeds and GS are right after pitbulls as the most heavily regulated breed. I would argue that because of the objective size, strength, and threat of a GS which is recognized and codified by law all over the world, it is not in the top 5 best breeds for first time dog owners. My family has always had Shepherds, they are my favourite breed of dog. But lets not pretend like a corgi and a shepherd represent the same degree of threat. Big strong dogs used by military are scarier than pugs.
@@josephjoebrown11 Well, I've yet to find a dog I've found scary. Scary is a subjective term, but "potentially dangerous" would be more accurate I guess. And "fighting dog" regulations are just a cop-out, they are no more "dangerous" than any other dog. At least no more than one of equivalent weight/muscle. But I digress
This isn't hate to bulldogs but I'm scared of them. When i was lottle my neighbors had a huge bulldog that broke the chain he was on to chase my brother and I. It was a super aggressive dog and i now feel bad for it because it probably was abused.
The creator snorted c*ke from some line on the toilet bowl in some trucker's stop bought from some back-alley dealer to think the fucking PITBULL is the no. 1 dog breed, when conveniently forgetting how they maul their owners' faces off, and delete 3 year olds down the block just coz they felt cute.
