I'm very happy with this chipper. I have used other chippers in this category before, and this one, by far, is the best one I have ever used. One problem with other chippers you have to pull back on branches just so it would not bog the chipper down and stall. Other problem is having to cut branches off the limb to even be able to feed it into other chippers. Just watch You Tube and you will see theses 2 problems with other chippers. This chipper puts other chippers to shame.
@@pauldavis5762 I dislike they advertise that it’s self-feeding, which it is absolutely not, it’s gravity fed. I REALLY want a self-feeding one with an intake roller. That makes chipping a dream and you don’t have to lift the tree over your head.
@@Tom-fz6pe well you can get jansen 530 or 540 but that's for 5-10x the price and it chips smaller chips and has same engine as here if not a 24bhp one. so those will go slower overall. this one chips fast for these large chips. if u want more than 6 inches ur looking at like forst tr8 and TW280 and they do 20cm logs, this one does 17,5cm+ and they will cost 10x the price.
