I was doing yoga consistently for a couple of years and one day at work I was called up to get an award or something and normally I would have panicked, heart racing, just terrified and I remember sitting there and my body remained relatively calm. I know it was because of the yoga and all the breathing work I had been doing. Yoga is really amazing if you do it correctly and consistently.
He's a piece of crap. As a kid in DC, me and a few friends walked up to him to say hi and he looked at us turned his back and started talking to a lady that was behind him on Wisconsin ave. As a kid that hurt. We stood there for 20 mins and he turned his back and totally ignored us. Piece of crap as a human being. He hurt 3 young black kids.
There have been several hosts of $9.99; Dave Evans is my very favorite, despite Julie Laipply's legs. I so admire Dave Evans. He will try anything, sometimes with an expression of some apprehension. Mayor Bloomberg was wise to allocate some money to NYC TV as a way to promote New York City. Since then all we get is repeats of shows from those years. NYC TV must be victim of budget cuts.

Our family celebrated probably his 50th birthday party, and my uncle Frank asked him some bizarre question question about the Washington Senators of 1921, and he couldn't answer it. Immediately, he threw a t-shirt to him that said," I fooled Warner Wolf!" We cracked up! Unbelievable!
I just read an article by a Meredith Levande titled Women, Pop Music, and Pornography, and I just wanted to make noise about how smart it is. If this is the same woman, she has an incredible head on her shoulders and has a great message that I hope she continues to spread. Thank you for the article, Meredith. This doctor wrote a book "Imp of the mind",as guide for the treatment of OCD paitients. Not only it doesnt help but also totly misleading ,even making OCD worse! I dont trust him at all!
@@feelsokayman3959 There is a part on this book about the people who act on their OCD thoughts. This part made me totally afraid ,confused and mislead for years!
