Welcome to my journey! My name is Kris and I'm a fibromyalgia-warrior. But that's not all I'm dealing with. I actually have a long list with diagnoses. The reason why I started this channel, is because I wanna raise awareness and share how my life looks like, while I'm fighting chronic illness on a daily bases. Everytime I looked for something like that on youtube or instagram, I wasn't able to find the right thing for me. So I thought: why not create the content I wish I had/have?
I am late as usual but I'm just here hoping you are doing better now and have found doctors who care and take you seriously 😣 I know this all must have been hell but it breaks me heart to hear someone blaming themselves and being hard on themselves for something someone else may have done. So here I am just hoping things are better and that you are doing well in this new year. With love from Canada ❤ Maryellen
Hi Kris. Thank you for creating this channel. I'm looking forward to watching your videos and following your journey. I also have fibromyalgia and several other conditions that leave me chronically tired and in pain. Hoping things get better for you! Caren/US, Colorado
Hello! This vid is really smart! I have been trying to look for video similar to yours that informs the topics in this video. 👏 🧑🏻⚕️Your vid is similar to the vids from Doctor Ethan. Doctor Ethan's explanations are informative and I learned a lot for exams! He is a cool Dr. Go watch his RU-vid out and give Doctor Ethan a subscribe here! ➡️ #DoctorEthanWellness

Oh I hear you 😔. Migraines are terrible and they affect every nerve/part of your body. I have missed so many apts and get togethers because of chronic migraines. Praying for you. I hear you, I see you ❤️.
I’m so sorry you have those chronically. I know those can get very, very bad. I have had quite a few bad migraines but usually I can take something and it goes away. IF I do it early enough. Had migraines since I was 6 tho, after I had a head trauma. Thank you for your loving comment 💚
I have watched a few of your videos and connect so strongly with what you say. Do you mind me asking, what are your diagnoses? Also, which country are you in?
Thank you so much. It means a lot to me, to hear that. I don’t mind that question at all. I have a lot of diagnoses. This is a list: Z.n. Commotio 2000, Z.n. Appendix Ex. 06.05.2017, Skoliose, chron. Pain patient (MPSS II), chron. psychalgia, Panalgesie, Fibromyalgia, allergic Asthma, essential Tremor, Migraine, PTSD, Depression, Tachycardia, Neurodermitis, psoriasis, Vitamin K deficiency, Iron deficiency, Faktor V deficiency, HLA-B27 And I’m from Germany
Hello...was hoping this would be current...so we could know how you have been during your long time away....i’ve kept checking back to see if you had posted
Hello 😊 I’m going to post my old vlogs slowly before I’m going to post my latest one. Just because I want them to stay in order 🥰 but it will take some time.
You should vlog while you are out and about, or when you are with your friends and family, if they are open to it.....let people see your life outside of your apartment/bedroom....glad you are feeling better
Robin Brown yes i would love to do that! My mum does not wanna be filmed and I respect that. 😊 and most of my friends do not live close to me. They are living all over the country. But if I ever have the chance and they are open to it, I will do that! My camera is pretty big, I’m saving some money to get a vlogging camera as well so I can create all the content I wanna create for you!
I have recently found your channel, and i believe I have watched all your content.....what I will respectfully say, Is that there is only one person who knows whether what your pain management doctor is saying is true or not....and that is you. You may be confused right now, and hurt, but deep down you know the truth....take your time, think about it all, and do what you know is right for you to do...but keep an open mind, because if what you want is your helath back, you need to be honest with yourself. If the doctor is right, listen, because it will help you....if you know deep down that he is wrong, then find the best doctors you can, and move forward, take your records and get the help you need. I would say that seeing a therapist would be a good idea, either way, because you are emotionally hurting and confused and.need help sorting out your feelings. i don’t see you as a bad person, but sometimes people have mental health issues that have very physical symptoms...and the issues are very real. Maybe this conversation/meeting was a good thing and may be the beginning of you getting well; either because you take to heart what the doctor said, because you know what he said may be true, or because you will move on and get the help you need. But the main thing is to take it all in, be honest with yourself and go from there. I wish you well as you navigate the days ahead. I pray you get what you really need and you find a way to better health; both mentally and physically.
Yes, the problem with constipation happens with all narcotic pain medications , and is very common with the pain medication that you are taking, as well, the nausea is a very common side effect of that medicine....it’s like many times the side effects are as bad, or worse than the condition they are treating.
What do you do for work? Do you have a job where you can work from home, to afford to live in an apartment of your own?, or are you on disability ? Is fibromyalgia your only diagnosis? Sorry for all the questions, but new to your channel, and just interested. I have chronic health issues that make it a challenge to be as independent as I used to, but I fight everyday to keep doing all that I can, and strive to do all that is in my power to work on my health , in addition to medication and treatments, like diet, exercise, making sure I do hobbies that I love and am still able to do...things to take as much focus off my illness and more on the positive things in my life. I hope you are able to do the same.
I am a trained doctors assistant. So sadly with everything going on, I can't work anymore. I do have a lot of other diagnoses. They pretty much cover a lot of my body. My heart, skin, lungs, nerves, blood clotting, spine, head, stomach and mental health. So I'm basically a big mess XD. It is def. a process to get though it all, but I always try to balance everything out with things I like and love. I did come a long way with my mental health, since this vlog and am really happy about that. I try to do yoga every once in a while, if i feel, it could be possible for me to do it.
Is b6 not an intramuscular injection, instead of intravenous? That’s usually the recommended route. What is the reason you inject into the vein when giving it to yourself?
Hi, I saw your comment on The Frey Life's vlog about your port. So I checked out your channel. I have fibromyalgia and a few other issues. I just got diagnosed with EBV, reactivated chronic Epstein Barr Virus and candida overgrowth and a multitude of food sensitivities/allergies. Have you ever been tested for any of these? I've had fibromyalgia for 30 years. But, starting about 5 years ago I've been 'more' sick, more pain, nausea and extreme fatigue. To the point of being bed ridden for months at a time. IT. IS. SO. HARD. Everything you're saying rings so true for me. It's like you're explaining my life. I am beyond exhausted and frustrated. I'm so sorry you're going through all this. I hope you can get some relief soon. Gentle hugs. Hang in there ♥️🙏.
I am not sure if I ever was tested for those things. But I had 8 years of talking to one doc after the other and them testing me for pretty much everything there is. By the age of 14 I got my fibro diagnosis. That was 11 years ago. For me the last 5-6 years have been tougher than before. Tomorrow I will see a surgeon to talk about implanting the port. I just hope it will work out. Thank you love. Hope you’ll be okay. 💚
