The Butcher Wizard Channel focuses on showing viewers how to butcher large cuts of meat so that they can save money and make better meals. The channel not only has videos about butchery but also recipe videos that follow using the cut of meat that we worked on. I am a classically trained chef and have also worked as a butcher. This channel combines my love of cooking and my love of meat butchery. I hope you enjoy.
Carnivore SNAX (I like the brisket and the ribeye) are literally one of the best things you could ever put in your mouth. And it's not jerkey, it's a meat CHIP.
I am getting tired of Costco Coulture, remainder of former Europe East Soviet Blocks and they members only/ paid them to shop there. Tired of Kirkland Brand as well For that reason and their high prices, I spent less and less my money
I deep fry the great value ones in either bacon or beef fat and add salt and pepper after cooking, they're pretty good that way. They're also great for hot dog chili.
I love meat, especially beef. Good quality meat from sustainable providers with good feeding practices and ethics is the best way to go. It's incredibly nutrient dense, the livestock live well and are not stressed, and we get to support innovative ranchers who recognized that ruminants are the only rejuvenative agriculture. Not just bog standard sustainable, actual rejuvenative. The ruminants eat grass and grow and then poop and then the poop grows more grass which feeds moar cows which grow and then poop and the poop feeds more grass which grows more cows. Lather rinse repeat. Having said that, there's definitely a place for some vegetables. I would suggest exploring how our ancestors used wild plants that are rich in anti-nutritional factors such as glucosinolates to stimulate a protective hormetic response. Things such as watercress, arugula, garlic, tomatoes, etc. These help to give a red flag on the field to our body and stimulate our protective responses. That way when you encounter stress your body is on the starting line ready to leap forward to defend itself.

Love the Picanha ! I have made them only as steak and My family loves them ! My wife's favorite steak is Fillet Mignon, but she is always asking me to go get a Picanha ! PS I have only made two.
Ok, so you basically didnt read the instructions on the cheap one so that it didnt work, so you could push you Amazon affiliate link and get a commission from every sucker that believes this was a real comparison and buys it.....great job.
Yeah, that price differential is the reason I don't go with butcher box. If they were comparable, I would probably consider it. Then again, I don't go to Whole Pay... Foods anyway.
BLADE TENDERIZED Steaks. U don’t want that. Any baddies on the outside are pushed to the inside, if u cook medium rare bacteria won’t be killed off. Port house and T bone are a pain to cook properly due to the 2 different steaks on each. Bulk packs are not blade tenderized and ok to buy. It’s written right on the label, look for it.
