There's no reasons for the super tiny size military we are that we cannot be equippted with Plate carriers. Multicam would have been a better choice for the sample fact that would be compatible with so much kit and there is little to none real tactical gear company that produce cadpat
I really like the new pattern, & it would better suit our dryer environments. I’d love to get a poncho in this pattern or tarp in this pattern, but I can’t see this pattern being available for civilian use.
Great, they can refer to it as vomit-cam or banana-cam. What an embarrassment to wear amongst our allies. Secondly, think of all the money being spent on these uniform changes, when new and more equipment and ammunition are needed.
Seems kind of bright, almost semi-arid. Looks similar to Ukrainian MM14. I test numerous camouflage patterns, not so sure on this one boys. All the best from Ontario.

@@desmondmorgan3389 are class A reservists being issued the Multi-Terrain already? I assumed they’d be last on the list to get them, unless attached to a deployable/high-readiness unit.
There is something off with your video camera, as the colour saturation is all wrong, making the CADPAT MT look much more "yellow" than it actually is. Shame, as your video is otherwise OK.
/do you know if the old canpats be declared surplus to requirement or placed into storage? I work for Diabetes Canada and we get hammered with stolen and discarded Cdn uniforms, which I have pulled out and sent back to a contact in the CAF QM Stores.
Thanks best to keep them out of the hands of civilians so they can not pretend to be like us. As a vet I have to admit I would rather see less new uniform designs and more purchasing of ManPads or Javelin AT systems.
@@paulflak2823 sadly the vibrant Green of the TW pattern doesn't work too well in open fields of Eastern Europe or the Praries. Works good in Western Europe and Quebec though. So the MT pattern was needed. Plus some cut and fit updates. The central waist elastic has always been in the wrong spot with the ECU cut.
When I was in back in 2012 (2nd Canadian Division 34th CER) I always wanted our Cadpat TW with more brown less green kinda like Marpat. Glad to see this Cadpat MT!!!! Looks sharp!! CHIMO! PS, also haaaaated the waist cords...
Hi Desmond! Thank you for all your wonderful videos! I’m doing my Reserve BMQ full time in the coming weeks, will the newer recruits be getting the CADPAT MT uniform or the old one?
Will they also be giving new colored small packs and field caps? Like everything that had the green cadpat are they replacing eventually with the new tan cadpat? Thanks!
