Welcome to BAPPUTTY KARATE PARAPPUR (Martial Arts Techniques) I am bapputty parappur from indian kerala St.malappuram Dt. i am a 4th dan black belt in shotokan karate and now i am mainly practicing karate and kick boxing wushu muay thai etc.. and all style i like too much and my two children and wife also studying shotokan and i am taking karate class in somany schools and my age is 43 years and i have one good open karate class at kottakkal town with all facilities under world traditional shotokan karate at perinthalmanna and i jointed and practised at parappur dojo with my real sir name is saleem and studied there upto first dan black belt i got 1st black belt from my lovely saleem sir and he was my roll model and 2nd dan black belt i got from dr. K. M. Basha at calicut he was motivated me to karate and i got 3rd dan black belt from shaju sir ramanattukara he also motivated me to karate and 4th dan black belt i got from jhonson sir now i am practicing with Jhonson sir PMA.
ചിലപ്പോൾ തമാശയായും പരിചയക്കാർ ഇങ്ങനെ അറിയാതെ വന്ന് ലോക്ക് ചെയ്യും.അപ്പോൾ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിച്ച് രക്ഷപ്പെടാനെന്ന വണ്ണം കുത്തിയാൽ അവൻ്റെ സന്താനക്കുറ്റി കലങ്ങാം.
ഞാൻ പഠിക്കാതെ തന്നെ അയൺ റോഡ് കൊണ്ട് കൊല്ലനെ കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ നഞ്ജക്ക്‌ കൊണ്ട് ഒരു പന്നിയെ അടിച്ചു കൊന്നു തലയ്ക്കു മൂന്നാലെണ്ണം കൊടുത്തു രണ്ടു മൂന്ന് പേരെ അടിച്ചു താഴെ ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടായപ്പോൾ കമ്പി വടിയുടെ രണ്ടിരട്ടി പവർ ആണു 😜😜😜
ഇത് കുട്ടികൾക്ക് മാത്രമേ പറ്റുവോ അതോ മുതിർന്നവർക്കും ഈ exercise ചെയ്താൽ ht increase ആകുമോ... Means 30 plus age ആയവർക്ക് ഇനി ശ്രമിച്ചാൽ ht increase ആകുമോ? പണ്ടൊക്കെ ഞൻ കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് shoes in ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരു സോൾ വെച്ചാൽ മതി. അത് ഒരു variety type സോൾ ആണ് ht increase ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് എന്ന്... എന്റെ മോൾക്ക് ht ഉണ്ട് hus നും ഉണ്ട് But എനിക്ക് ആവിശ്യത്തിനുണ്ട് but കുറച്ചുകൂടി ht ഉള്ളതാണ് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം. Hus num നല്ല ht ഉണ്ട്......മോൾക്കും 5 അര അടിയുണ്ട് ht ഉണ്ട്... ഇനി മോൾക്ക് കൂടരുതെന്ന് അമ്മ പറയാറുണ്ട്....
