Hi! I'm Izabella Frezzo, a 20-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter and collegiate wrestler. My entire life has been dedicated to learning martial arts. I started boxing with my dad when I was 3 and began my training in Jiu-Jitsu at 7. I won 5 IBJJF Kids Pan American titles from 2014-2018, won the 2019 Juvenile Blue Belt IBJJF Nogi Pan American title, the 2019 Juvenile Blue Belt IBJJF Nogi World Champion title, and the 2021 Adult Blue Belt IBJJF Nogi Pan American Championship. In 2020, I placed 3rd in the 2020 NJ Girls States, and in 2021 I became the 107lbs New Jersey Girls Wrestling State Champion. In July of 2021, I received my purple belt and became the 2022 Nogi American National Champ. I won bronze at Nogi Pans in 2022 and at Gi Worlds in 2023. Soon after I was promoted to brown belt and became the 2023 Nogi Pan Am Champ. I am currently wrestling full-time at New Jersey City University. Follow my journey!
