Dude doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about! Did he just ask what’s the difference between a bench press and weighted pushups? Nobody should listen to this fool! How dmb can you be to ask that! It’s a completely different function! With weighted pushups your body is allowed to do what it has to naturally to stabilize…with bench press you are in a fixed position which means less muscles are activated. Which means you are not getting a stronger pushups by doing bench press. Why do people do pike push-ups and not over head shoulder press is the dmb ass equivalent to your statement. And being that you really don’t understand how much your core is engaged to stabilize your spine during a push-up you really should never give any advice.
