Its also strange that the game revolved around extraction but then no one actually likes to play high roller and just plays normal with gear restriction which kills the point of the game because its basically just a 16 player battle royale at that point but then its an extraction game💀💀💀. They shouldve just created a battle royale mode and brought back the circle instead if this is how the devs are gonna do things and increase player count per lobby.
I mean if they don't put the restriction then players instead will stomp new players with insane kits. They added that such a long time ago to prevent this and have an area for newer players or casual players to learn the game. HR is harder, has better gear, more risk/reward, and you can bring your gear. It actually doesn't take long at all to hit level 20 but I guess for newer players it definitely does. The main mode is HR. in normals gear means nothing in HR gear means everything.
@@ExileEditing which is what sucks devs don't know anything. normals is pointless since you can't bring in gear. highroller is trash since everyone in there is min maxed out their ass. you can't go in with greens or blues they're basically pointless.

As much as I hate normals and I don't play them unless forced to, normals is the perfect spot for newer, bad or casual players to enjoy the game without needing to grind. Yes in HR you can get gear stomped but I've played this game since playtest 3 and even without gear or "shitty greens and blues" you can win most fights you just have to play better and know what you're doing. You can also choose to avoid certain teams if needed and then buy better gear after a couple runs. I mean it does depend on how big the gap is which is why I say moat fights but that still won't happen to you every game and you can just buy better gear. Keep in mind there's also gear based mm for HR (only 2 pools rn)

Its not even worth playing based on what ive heard, U cant even use ur redstone status if ur not level 20. And u dont even want to get steamrolled in the high rolller lobbies by premium accounts that are high geared so even if u were to pay, ur still gonna be stuck and ud rather be in the normal games where gear restriction exist. This is what ive heard so far from veterans. Bad game design from devs on top of the f2p trial model.
No you can’t they messed up for sure calling it free to play the game cost money it always has and it will never be free this is just a demo account but high roller is not sunshine and rainbows it is a diabolical place of rat rogues and people who will heavily out gear you and I mean heavily
@@ezdelicades5554you will get rolled but that’s kinda the point of a loot extraction game it’s very thrilling killing someone will more gear than you but high roller is much much much harder than normals and most new players wouldn’t be comfortable playing high rollers until they have a decent amount of hours in the game

Sorry but I bought this game, tried it, refunded it. The menu and just getting into a game is about as long as a match itself. The game on ultra with my high end rig feels so laggy, its insane. This game needs another 6x months to a year with 3-25 more devs. Then it will be ok. It is all hype.
