So the 6mm does take 1/4"? Cause that is only .236". I just purchased one and it is on the way. There weren't many to choose from that specced 6.5mm. If I had known that the ones specced 6mm would take 1/4" it would have been easier.
Holding a saw wide open for this length of time won’t blow up a saw. I have free reved saws over 15,000rpm and yet to have one blow up. If you have any experience changing port timing and experiencing with different RPM on certain saws you would know this.
When you want to chuck up one of the Cycle cylinder heads, just take an old NGK plug, remove the porcelain, thread it in the head gootin tight, and tighten the plug in the chuck. You're centered, and good to go then. Keep a few extra spark plug gasket washers around to use for depth, and adjusting your run out. They are usually within a thousandth and a half even without a gasket washer. You can always take a little compression out of the piston top too, and a lighter piston is never a bad thing.
You have got both hp and tq all over which is perfect for a falling saw, one thing I found with mine is that a 20-24"" .325 is definitely friendly depending on the task at hand!, 357xp carbs also help bring out some power😊 over all excellent job brother !

I used to have one that burnt up in truck fire, I loved that little saw! I finally found another one that a guy was trying to use on an Alaskan saw mill and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stay running 😂

Did you have trouble with the plating flaking off when you were porting it, I watched several videos where they were having problems on the titanickel cylinders.
