I try to eat really slow so I put my utensil down after each bite and savor the flavors if I don’t have a utensil it’s usually a burger or sandwich and I put it down after each bite. And I usually put half away first to save for the next day.
Thanks for sharing your experience with holotropic breath work. I’ve been doing a form of breath work at my yoga studio and I’m amazed the effect it has had on me almost life changing.
