Hi Man - amazing - thx for your work. I would like to know how to play "A Year" from Quo ... sounds wired to me..... :-) and i like to play most 4500 times... what a song!!!
The pickup has a really nice growl. I'm thinking about putting together a Strat with their hum-free steel pole Tele pickup at the bridge spot and maybe a pair of their AlNiCo pole hum-free P90s at the neck and middle locations....
I got them home here to my Tele, here in Sweden, early 2019 :) Came straight from the southern USA, hand made ones. Wow! Absolutely amazing. I recomend 100! Keep on rocking in the free World!
That clone pedal is a monster!!!!!! It would be great to hear it through an old sound city head with an SG for that really early live sound on the likes of paper plane or don't waste my time.
Not really, I wanted a more p90 sound and the guitarist Rick Parfittt from status quo used these so I thought what could go wrong :) He though uses 500k volume pot. Might change mine as well.
Sounds great buddy. I'm just starting out at 53 love the quo for years. I have a line 6 amp and a tele bullet so I'm nearly there lol. Just need to get that tone.
Sounds outstanding. I have a p90 in the neck position of my Schecter PT Special and I'm thinking about throwing one of these guys in the bridge to get the full p90 sound. This review is quite persuasive!
Occult 666 Thank you mate🤘 Yes I use 250k pots and it sounds awesome. Might try 500k or 300k as well but for now the 250k works great. Excited to see how they work in a live situation as well.
Joakim Rognedal I’m sure they will sound great during a live performance just as they sound in the vid! Thanks for your reply! Keep up the good work.. 💪🏻
@@joakimrognedal7789 Fralin recommends 500K ohm volume pot with the SP43. I cought a used Nashville Tele with SP43s and 250K pots. Installing 500K volume pot made a big improvement in clarity and tone.
@@pcollenyt3683Fralin recommends 500k for a brighter sound, but it seems that most people interested in this pickup want a darker sound, so 250k is the way to go.
