Now that’s how you descend after a tough ascent. I so need to learn this skill, this takes my blanc views to another level. Thanks for posting I’m very envious now.
I don't see alcohol as well deserved, it was originally a chemical, then a prescription drug, and now it just is a thing that literally is destroying mankind's development in all ways, this, nicotine and caffeine are literally the most abused and overused worldwide, and people have issues with marijuana, which was illegality because of the paper industry. Regardless, let's admire that if I want a cold grape soda this guy can open it with his helicopter. Precision flying
Absolute magical! Martins - got question to you, in 0:48 you got some loop on your pickax, I need to do something similar for my pickax, can you tell me how to do something like this? Thanks and greets
Hi! The yellow leash is already a part of the ice axe (grivel), but I simply connected it with a piece of rope attached to the harness by a simple connector, in order not to loose it, or to secure myself when necessary. If yours does not have a leash, you can make it from any 6-8mm piece of rope, and fix it in the hole typically between the head and the shaft.
@@ov104 Perfect! I Will use your idea for sure, because our health and lifes are everything! Man you are such inspiring dude and you doing amazing things. I wanna to fly over Mont Blanc Massive in the future - can you tell me or some direct me how can I start? Where I can go to learn and read informations about that sports? This is Amazing!!!
@@RuudvanNistelrooy2006 I think the most logical step towards flying from high mountains would be completing a basic paragliding course. Once you have the basic skills to take off and land safely, you can get a light gear, and start building up your own knowledge and experience by joining expeditions together with other more experienced pilots. It is better not to be in a big hurry, and master the experience step by step. Being able to judge the weather conditions and forecasts is another big science absolutely essential for the pilots. I wish you motivation and success, and i'm quite sure you will love it! ;)
@@ov104 Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sure that I will do the course as fast as I can, everything depends on money you know, but I will do it for sure. Thank you once again, keep inspiring and keep doing amazing things. Btw: I saw you were in my country in Hel, I recommend you to visit the rest of Poland, mostly Tatra mountains on our southern part, you would love the views!
at 2:40: I would have killed you, if you step with f****ing Bootspikes above my Paraglider. Just ask to put it away or walk around... if you loose your balance you would have pierced the paraglider and the other guy had to walk down! You made an awesome takeoff! Really beautifull to watch!
Selfish People Can’t Produce Unselfish Solutions In Europe and elsewhere, governments are paying colossal sums to big corporations to help them avert bankruptcy. Whether they call it a “rescue package” or “quantitative easing,” in the end it’s all the same: the government pays companies to stay operative. I don’t think it will work in the long run. It may keep companies afloat for another six months or a year, but as a rule, a government, any government, cannot sustain companies that cannot sustain themselves. In the end, the situation will blow up in a blast that will be worse than what it would have happened had the government let them fall naturally. There is more to it than that. I don’t believe that a government can do anything good for its people. Civil servants, ministers, and deputy ministers always pull their own way and have their own interests in mind. Since everyone is inherently selfish, everyone has an ulterior motive that is not for the benefit of the public. We cannot expect selfish people to do unselfish acts; it is like asking a tiger to become vegetarian. If it goes against nature and it won’t work. Therefore, asking people whose only focus is their own career to focus on other people’s well-being is unwise, unrealistic, and will invariably fail. Socialists, capitalists, far right, or far left, they are all immersed in egoism. It is not their fault; it is human nature, and we should adjust our expectation from our leaders. If we want a real and lasting positive change, we must transform human nature. Since our nature is selfish to the core, changing it is the only way out of the crises that the world is falling into nowadays. We will fall deeper and deeper until we realize that the problem is not the fuel we burn, the forests we cut, the water we pollute, or the people we kill. The problem is the cause of all those harms we are inflicting on nature and on each other: our inherent self-absorption. When we start working on changing ourselves rather than demanding everything and everyone else to change, we might be able to save ourselves before it is too late.
