I’m here on tourist visa I just got my ACR card I have not found a bank that will allow me to open account with it Is there another thing I need to tell immigration to change my status I have a condo lease for a year and would like to stay here most of the time
Maybe i missed it, but he didn't reveal the cost of his class b country club membership. Did anyone catch that price? I recall using a broker, but nothing elseon the cost of the golf membership either.
I would be hesitant to buy a condo anywhere is greater Manila. It seems like they are building like crazy and there are plenty to rent at a good price. Selling a condo you own, or even renting it out consistently could be an issue. When you rent, you have the flexibility to walk away and rent a different condo, or move to KL or Bangkok for a while. Same goes for 99% of women, renting is cheaper than owning!
I stopped watching at 11:07........He's obviously still working under pressure to "maintain" a lifestyle? Personally, i would prefer to accept my $3000-$4000 a month retirement without phone calls, or other pressure.
Lol ex military is secretive is expensive to hire because he doesn't like to work anymore lol this guy is so full of shit I'd say this guy is the epitome of a con man 😂
He didn't mention it, however, I suspect he's referring to the up and coming Villar City in Cavite just south of Manila. It's being dubbed as the next BGC. It's owned by Filipino tycoon Manuel Villar Jr. I saw the ongoing development when I visited there last year.
He is no top 1 percent in PI. This guy is dreaming lol.. he says he sold his house and six cars and told his wife he is going to PI and you coming or not and I am gone. another BS haha.
Listening to Craig is amazing but it sounds too good to be true. Either he is hiding from the law in the US and doing illegal activities in the Philippines. He said he doesn’t want to see expats…why?.. he doesn’t want to be recognize, but he is in youtube. He could own a gun…no he can not as a foreigner not unless it is illegal. He bought a exclusive 2BR condo for $474 mortgage a month (too good to be true BS)…but currently he is renting in BGC for $1,100 a month. The kicker is “he is trading in a dark pool”… well dark pool trading is exclusive to big financial institution that can move billion to trillions dollars per day without affecting the daily price in the lit exchange. Dark pool trading is not available for individual investor even though you’re a multi millionaire. Not unless…he is doing illegal activities for JP Morgan, Goldman Zach, Citadel and other big financial companies. Is Craig doing illegal activities in PH?
I'm also retired law enforcement. 3 pensions goes a tremendous way here. Haven't even drawn SS yet. PHP31,700 for the mortgage. SRRV Visa is very hard to obtain. Your background must clean as a whistle for your information. I worked all my life and now I want to enjoy the backend of my life. People always take the high ground or assume your doing wrong, when you do something or have something their envious of. Typical trash talk. 😅
@@craigfine4261 , trading in the dark pool? Dark pool is unknown to many and only came out during the Gamestop saga during a senate hearing in 2021. I did believe you in the beginning, but when you mentioned dark pool you came out like a sore thumb. I know and you know that as an individual US stock trader, we cannot use dark pool to trade. Did you know that numerous fund managers went missing in New York for supposed to be a whistle blower regarding dark pool. Also, as a foreigner regardless of your prestige background, you cannot posses a legal firearm in PH, but there is an exception: you’re allowed to carry if you do a security detail for the US Embassy, but the embassy will request an approval from the PNP.
@@craigfine4261 , you said you're retired military. Service personnel belongs to DOD they does not get involved in law enforcement, law enforcement is the job of Dept. of Justice personnel.😊
I retired from the US military and married a Filipina 17 years ago. We have built a house on our property in Bataan, PI. How hard would it be for me to apply for a PRV? I am also 73 years old. We presently live in Duluth, MN.
If you give an ultimatum like he did to most American wives, instead of a membership on the golf course you will be a struggling caddy & smoking used cigar butts you found. Divorce court will clean your clock before you can say " personal assistant."
his personal assistant is trying so hard not to laugh.. while he say what his assistant do for him. He's a military vet bro what kind of money he makes and no matter what career he build of back home. Because we know his education background is nothing special and all Vets of the states have a syndrome or two. He's just flaking bro.. so much inconsistency. if you have 15k USD you can live like what he said in New York. Of course not with the condo flaking payments, the funny "entourage" as what he said, also cigars and wines. Also about trading.. no trader say like I can't do everything one day by myself and say shit like "darkpool trading", " binary trading" (pleaseee brooo shut up) "crypto trading" (This almost make me pee my pants🤣💀. So his math, I don't buy because I can clearly make of what he said with a spread sheet. I count his shit 🤣😅 Crazier thing is how he using references like broker name and such that he's really doing it kinda vibe for the credit worthiness. This shit really irks me. best urksome person ever on your interviews. I'm not hating at all, just being a good episode review.
Somewhat useful content, but BGC is an American-like oasis. It does not represent the Philippines for the exception it's within Manila. Odd to have the interviewer sipping from a cup and staring off into the distance. Look at your guest and interact with them! Silly!!
The real rich have no idea how much money they have. They just tell their accountant where they want to go and everything is arrianged. They never have to arrive at the airport early for check in since one of their private jets is always ready to fly. You never hear the rich talking money. They do not need golf memberships, they can buy golf courses.
Lots of us Fil-Ams can live %1 class in Philippines. Too bad most of our own people don't like us. They prefer to pander and pamper other Ethnicities for the sake of being trendy. Even us Fil-Ams that speak the language and grew up in Pinas aren't liked much. Only a beautiful few like us. The ones that don't.... NO LOAD FOR YOU, STAY POOR.
For anyone that likes this interview. Look up here on YT. I can’t share the link because YT doesn’t like it. Why this American couple retired in Bangkok. YT channel Adam Park Fascinating, comprehensive interview…
The Philippines and the United States are like apples to oranges. This comparison is ridiculous. In the Philippines, you can't find a job, unlike in the US, where finding a job is abundant.
