This song is an original Japanese single that was released after debating whether to put "Sunrise in Your Eyes" or this song on the A-side, ultimately reflecting the opinions of the fan club.
Arabesque performed twice in Japan, touring Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and other cities, and also enjoyed sightseeing in Asakusa and Kyoto during their visit. Although NHK later broadcast a special program about their concerts in Japan, unfortunately there is no complete recording available. Arabesque also made separate visits to Japan for German TV filming and music video shoots. The studio-style music videos uploaded to RU-vid were filmed at Victor Music Industries studios, while the disco-style videos were filmed at a disco in Shinjuku, with Japanese fans invited as audience members. There was also a unique fan club in Japan.

Sandra sounded bad may be, yes but her high pitched sound is actually really cute too! And yea everyone has different likes so i can't tell but i love itt! And to be honest, things like that could totally happen. She was performing in such big stage, infront of many people, think about how it would've felt. Voice can change in different places, not everything is perfect. There's a video of them singing "in for a penny, in for a pound" on live tv (on japanse television) it's not that bad.
