My 2015 lariat did the code thing sat. Shut the truck off and it wouldn't crank. Had to unhook the battery 5 times to get it cranked. Once cranked it was a acting funny No gear selection No backup camera No rear backup lamps High speed fan came on Transmission wouldn't down shift. My taillight wasn't cracked but had water all inside. Would this still be the problem area Thanks
After replacing the main cranking battery due to a saving accessory power message on the screen, I still get the message. I'll do the Ford battery test on the small battery and see what it shows. PB is 40 months old with 28,000 miles.
N O P E!!!!! I have been getting this Message for TWO YEARS, Dealership Replaced the Battery in DEC 2023 with LARGER BATTERY, Have the DEEP SLEEP MESSAGE "AGAI: This AM 07/23/2024????? Figure that out. "IF" You Can???
Can I get the on my 2016 mkz I don’t have them screens you where using in this video I don’t even have the gps option in my car but would really like to have so I don’t need my phone
Wire in steering column gets pinched and blows fuse for the overdrive so if it keeps happening that probably the issue I believe its that fuse it was awhile ago I fixed it so not positive
Great video! I have a brand new 24 BP with the "charging system failure, service now" message and battery light on. It comes and goes while driver or parked. I have checked voltage at the primary battery with only 12.8 volts and AC on high with ign on and or engine running. With key off, 12.4 volts. I know the hybrid system charges the 12 volt battery, but shouldn't it be close to14 volts like a regular vehicle? Or with new AGM batteries, do they want the voltage low as to not over charge the battery being it's sealed. I'm dreading taking it back to the dealer and would rather fix it myself.
My mom's 2018 ford fusion vehicle has exact the same problem of this. she asks so many of people for help and it took about 3 hours still unable to solve this problem, then when I watched your video I know what is the issue and I've fixed it. Thank you so much and sharing tutorial video, sir!
Would have been useful information this am going to work lol. It finally got enough juice to start I guess and I’m getting a new battery but once I leave at least I know I can start it a friend said I can lay the key in the console and then I came to look for a video. Very informative! Just subscribed
My 2018 f150 just did the same exact thing today. My truck lost power it was like the parking brake got stuck when I took off from parking which was weird because I didn’t turn on the parking brake but I got the same codes you just showed on that expedition. Seems to be working now but the check engine light remains on. Any suggestions?
I got one not too long ago myself, absolutely love it. It can be used for so much more than seats, though. I’ve seen people diagnose exhaust leaks, radiator, blockages, misfires, bad battery cables, bad batteries, bad bearings, sticking calipers, and even used to pinpoint punctures and tires. the list goes on. If you ever want to find more excuses to use your thermal camera, just type “thermal imager diagnostic” on RU-vid and you’ll see tons of uses that you never even thought of!
Thank you for this video. My wife called this morning. The car just quit after going over a speed bump entering the parking garage. The car would crank but not start. I used this video to find the part, drove down, switched it out, and saved the day. Can't believe the fuel system could and would fail like this, so abruptly!
Extremely helpful! Worked on my 2019 Ranger. Had to disconnect the batter to achieve reset since fuse reset didn't work. Couldn't find fuse location for TCU really anyway.
I had a tremor skid plate installed and now my pre collison light is on i think they didnt reconnect it how should i fix it does it need calibration. Maybe the wire isnt long enough also how can i remedy this?
We recently installed a new rack in my son's 2010 Fusion. When we got it all done everything seems to be working without an issue and the powertrac steering warning is gone. Is it necessary to program this remanufactured rack to his car? The sheet with the rack says it has to be to validate the warranty, but it's working fine as is and I'm pretty sure I'd rather junk this car than remove the steering rack again lol. Thanks for your time Sir, have a great day.
I have a sync 3 that has no touch input everything shows on the screen as it should. I was told to reinstall the or upgrade software first before buying a new screen. Its a 17 Focus St. I have no way to get to current version number etc. Can I still try this by using any current version number and going to 3.4 ? I was going to choice the lowest to make sure nothing is missed
My 2017 Limited has red screen at night backing up when in dark area. Ford has changed camera but it still happens and I have searched and never seen a solution or cause for this. No one else seems to have this isuue. I bought in 2019 and it has always done this at night. Any thoughts?
Please help. I have a 2008 Ford F150 and this is not working for me. When I click on Read PID Data and follow your instructions, I cannot find the Keyless Entry Codes. I searched through all of the available data and there isn't one called BdyCM. This is Forscan v2.3.60. I have the ELM adapter (with switch) and a Dell laptop. I know that there's another way to get the code by clicking on the Wrench (which I do see) and selecting Read Factory Keyless Entry Code but that's nowhere to be found either. What's the deal?
My 2016 Ford Taurus interior dome lights are blinking on and off. Just started to happen after I unplugged the negative cable on my battery. Why are they blinking all the sudden the terminals are both tight
My mechanic said it was my whole fuse box. I went to the junk yard but it was the same truck except on the fuse box I didn’t check until I got home. It was a 4 x 2 not for my 4 x 4
The same thing happened to my daughter's car. We had it towed to a ford dealer and came away with a bill over $500.00. All my cost were for labor and the part was less than $20. Thank you for this video because had I seen it first we wouldn't of gotten screwed.😮
