Architecturally interesting enough but leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the rooms are uncomfortably large for no good reason. The finishing on the main stairs feels low budget even on this video. A large space like this needs a LOT more staging than what's shown here. Agents really cleaned out the staging warehouse for this one and still came up short.
