i love the way you show the house form room to room and the angles of course when it get so close like the bath loos curve but as soon you separate a bit you can see it straight
Although I'm looking for four sided brick home with finished basement, this home is definitely spectacular. Kitchen island counter top is nice along with light fixtures hanging down. Huge backyard would add pool. Nice patio area which is spacious enough for outdoor kitchen. Also looking for home with deck preferably enclosed. Nevertheless this home is beautiful and neighborhood looks good. Also to mention before I go, the primary suite and bathroom is amazing

Wow!!! I just stumbled cross this channel. What a amazing home .of course it no longer available. The asking price is unbelievable. I just love Georgia. The hones are huge .currently reside in California and moving to Georgia in the very near future by the grace of god I will finally be shown some mercy. This masterpiece is being saved to my email for future references.
So, Douglasville has the nicest houses? Most houses I see in Douglasville tends to have bigger rooms. This house is nice.. there was some customization needed... For me, I would replace the vinyl floors with engineered oak floors.. add a fireplace to the formal living room and the sitting area in the Primary bedroom.. And, I would also remove all of that carpet. Love that the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
@@atlantasuburbanhomes3734 .. i see.. lol whenever a house from Douglasville comes across my timeline.. They usu are really nice.. even the ones that may be a little dated. They often have generous sized rooms and a nice layout.
For public sewer you want need to do anything to maintain it. If it’s on sewer, you will need to have it pumped every couple of years and be careful of what you flush. Give me a call if you have any other questions 404-798-3824.
